Do not stay here during the summer. The AC barely worked and it felt like we were baking in a sauna. We had to ask for a portable fan and even then it was so hot. I would never stay here again. The staff were nice but I'm sorry how do they expect people to stay in 100 degree weather without any AC? It was not as advertised since the hotel said it had AC but it was not working and would turn off randomly.

The staff was very helpful throughout our 3. Ight stay. They held our luggage for us as we got to the hotel before noon which allowed us to enjoy the day in Rome without carrying bags. The hotel staff also arranged a taxi for us to the airport when we checked out. The front desk is only open from 8am-8pm however that was not an issue as u can make arrangements if arriving or departing outside of that time Clean and safe hotel. Easy Walking distance to the train station. 20 min walk to the coliseum. 1hr walk to the Vatican. Lots of cafes and restaurants nearby.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Room was nice and very big but hot tub in room could use some maintenance. Only 2 jets worked and the water going into tub was barely above a trickle so it took a very long time to fill. Beds were hard but room was clean.

Roberta was way beyond a five star! Double that! She understood and really went above and beyond to help us with the accomodation related questions when we had a flat tire on the highway on our way to Rome and experienced a 4+ hour delay. The amenities are great. The coffee capsules generously included and the balcony was to die for. I would only have fixed the one or two quirky floor boards in the room and looked at the balancing of thebubble bath jet streams. That is just a paranthesis. This accomodation exceeded our high expectations and we will try to get the same room if we ever come back to Rome!

This was a very cute room with a great security, you cannot access the building a certain hours unless you have a code and to get to your room also has a passcode for security to the rooms section. The room itself is good. This location is great which is close to many attractions, even by walk if you don't mind you can use the hop on and hop off buses very close as well, by 10 min walking there is the train station so you can go to the airport with no issues. In general this location is in a great location close to Fountain de Trevi and the Colliseum (you have to walk a bit farther about 15min).

Everything was fantastic about this hotel, ease of check in, communications, comfort. Great place to stay. Only regret was using their recommended shuttle service from the airport. Would have been cheaper and quicker if we hired a taxi, and even less expensive if we took the train.
