There wasn’t anything wrong with the property but it wasn’t the one that was pictured and they took us to a different address than provided. We ended up taking over those bed room and she slept on a chair in her kitchen. It was all very odd and thank goodness we were only there for a night.

The only bad experience was the shower. Shower head was broken and water was squirting from all sides. And halfway through the stay hot water disappeared and had to shower under a freezing cold shower.

Nice! Excellent location! Frustrating check-in

The property is very good. Perfect location. However, the check-in process and waiting to get in the property is really frustrating... I personally wrote the property the day before on Whatsapp (in Italian) and I told them the exact time of my arrival at the property and I had to wait more than an hour for somebody to come and check us in. Everything else was very good!

Hemos estado muy a gusto en este hotel, un precio muy asequible y cerca de todo en metro y al lado del Vaticano. La habitación estaba insonorizada y se podía descansar muy bien. Lo único que no me gusto fue que nos cobraran 50 e por llegar más tarde de las 8:30, a veces los vuelos no son predecibles.

Nach 30 Minuten vor verschlossenen Türen und mehreren anrufen bei der Hotelleitung kam jemand der nur sehr gebrochen Englisch sprach und unsere Warterei Scherzhaft versuchte vergessen zu machen. Der Boden im Zimmer war voller Haare und die Toilette/Dusche sind nicht direkt im Zimmer.

Great location in Prati, near lots of restaurants, cafes, and Vatican. On first floor, with an elevator. Clean room, comfortable bed, and nice hot shower. Very few amenities (just body soap). Wifi is poor. Cheap furniture. Would have preferred heavier blankets/duvets in addition to the sheet and thin quilt provided. Friendly staff. Overpriced, poor value.

Great location

The location is a shared apartment with 5 or so rooms for sleeping and a kitchen and an outdoors terrace. Each room has a separate bathroom which is very nice. We weren't at all bothered to share the apartment with other people. The room was cozy and location was extremely good as there were shops and restaurants very close and most importantly the Ottaviano metro A station is only a short walk from the apartment.
