This was not a hotel, it was a poorly converted apartment building. It was filthy, and unsafe. Avoid at all costs!

The people were amazing- as they accpted to change the dates of the reservation due to a family loss- they were understanding and amazing..

There is no safe in the room and the front desk ask for the key room every time i leave the room. There is no sign that show where the hotel located.

We stayed in H 2000 Rome for three days. We were surprised to pull up in a taxi to find no branding of the hotel outside the doors. We also had to buzz to get in. At first we were skeptical and refused to get out of the cab as the hotel was inside a dirty building with big green doors. The staff was okay. Breakfast was okay. Wifi did not work for more than five mins during our entire trip. The room was clean. The bathroom was also clean. But the shower stall looked dirty as the door wouldn`t close properly due to seal being loose and there was black mouldy residue that needs to be cleaned out.

Small, unremarkable hotel hard to find on Via delle Quattro Fontane. Rooms are up a flight of stairs with no lift. Wifi was included, but only worked if you held your device near the wall from the bathroom! When coming and going had to leave the key for the room with the front desk, which seemed odd and was an inconvenience. Room nothing special. Soft mattress with very thin pillows. No foreign language tv channels offered. Best know your Italian then! Excellent location near Piazza Barberini...I will give them that. THIS IS NOT A 3-Star property!

Let me get the negatives out of the way. Yes, this hotel isn't in the heart of the tourist areas. Yes, it's located so that you have to walk uphill both ways to get to it. Yes, there is no elevator. OK, now let me get to the good part. This place looks and feels like a luxury hotel. The rooms are beautiful, large, and excellently-appointed and tastefully-decorated. The bathroom was huge and beautiful and includes a jacuzzi bathtub. The bed was super-comfortable, the AC worked excellently, and there was a fridge in the room. Breakfast was included and served in the room by a French maid (yes, really). But none of those are the best part about this charming hotel. The best part is undoubtedly Signore Fernando, who seems to be the hotel owner, receptionist, and concierge rolled into one. This gentleman was so quintessentially Italian that it really made this place stand out. This man was like the Italian grandpa I never had: concerned enough that he would give you useful advice and information, but not invested enough in you to tell you what to do. And honestly, I don't know when he sleeps because he was always available and always willing to be of service. This is the best deal I have ever come across. Stay here and you will have an unforgettable Roman experience.

This is a small hotel in a great location. It's within walking distance to the Trevi Fountain, great shops and restaurants. Plenty of warm water, AC was ok, comfortable bed, tv and mini fridge. The man at the front desk recommended a GREAT restaurant just down the hill.
