Ideal location for exploring. Located in quiet street. Basic, clean and tidy. Poor breakfast only tried on the first day. Great alternative cafe close by though. Very helpful owners sorted out return airport shuttle. Very good restaurants and gelateria close by.

Great location for sightseeing in Rome! Extremely helpful & kind staff - we loved Ludovica! She was great. The room was very comfortable & nice. The breakfast was a nice feature with different options.

Made our Holiday complete. Residenza Vaticana is close to anything - the Vatican, Castello St Angelo & Ponte St Angelo, Piazza di Spagna, the buses and the Underground, and everything else is a walking distance from Residenza Vaticana. The room was always kept nice and clean for us. But most of all the Lady was the nicest Lady ever. The 2nd day of our Holiday, I needed a Dentist - so she suggested a dentist herself and suggested a few remedies for the tooth. The first day we arrived we mentioned that we will be using the Taxi and she offered to book the Taxi for us. Me and my Boyfriend will definitely be going to Rome again and no doubt - we will be booking at Residenza Vaticana.

Stayed here 5 nights and loved it the staff and check were really nice and friendly showed us around and were very nice. Location is amazing close to metro and 10 min walk to the Vatican very friendly area shopping and heaps of nice places to eat and do groceries shower small but ok would stay here again

This is a nice hotel in a good location, ten minutes walk from the Vatican and twenty from the historic centre. Very safe and secure. Rooms are basic but comfortable clean but the bathroom is tiny. No wi-fi or laundry but close to restaurants. Would stay there again.

I never write reviews but feel inclined to write one for the Residenza. I have travelled to Rome many times, and have always stayed at the Residenza. Close to a metro, and right in the middle of the suburb of Prati, a great local area, it is close to everything (Vatican etc) Surrounded by shops, supermarkets, cafes, and places to eat, as well as the best Gelateria in Rome just around the corner (Gelataria Gracchi). Best of all it's affordable. I can't recommend it enough.

We booked this B&B because we wanted to stay in Rome without spending too much. It turned out to be an excellent choice with friendly, helpful people. It's close to Castel Sant' Angelo and the Vatican, also metro line B although we walked everywhere. The tourist area in Rome isn't that big, so walking is viable with the map provided in our room. There are places to eat in the area and our room was quiet.

we stayed here for two nights in a room with a double and two singles for our kids 6 and 9, the rooms are modern, well kept and clean, the owners were very helpful and friendly. My only comment would be they invest in a real espresso machine and not an automatic dispenser, after all this is Italy. All in all I would heartily recommend staying here for anyone who wants to be close to the vatican or centre and doesn't want to spend to much. The area is quiet and safe. The metro is a 5-10 min walk.

My wife and I recently stayed at Residenza Vaticana, and could not have been more happy with the stay. We stayed in a private room with a bathroom in the unit. It is on Via Ezio, which is a little bit of a jaunt to the Pantheon neighborhood, but its not to bad. Ludovica was a wonderful host, helping us to find our way and orient ourselves. She made us feel right at home. The breakfast left a bit to be desired, but so does most of Europe to an american. I would absolutely recommend this B&B to anyone. It is fairly priced, and as comfortable as a hotel without the huge European pricetag.

We chose this hotel because we needed a cheap place to sleep in Rome quite central. The room was ok, but really tiny. It was located on a quiet street. The staff was helpful, but the breakfast was really poor. It was only croissants, or other sweets, and some juice.
