Property is in an awesome, walkable location. Room was very clean. There is no on site concierge but there is a telephone line to help you. The only negative was the very small shower. Overall I really recommend it. Area was quiet/convenient and felt very safe.

There were 69 steps to our room. Ugh!! They are remodeling dining area so breakfast was brought to room, though there was not a menu provide. They kindly provided a meat and cheese plate each evening. The location was great. We had requested a double room for my granddaughter and myself and recd a room with large round bed and a small single bed next to it. Seemed odd. I would not recommend this based on my experience though others were pleased with dingle room.
The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. Included breakfast was fabulous. Our only complaint was that is on the second floor with no elevator. That being said, I would still stay there again! Reside az is near the Spanish Steps and Trevi Fountain and the metro. Great neighborhood too.

Dear Chris, we are really sorry that your stay here was not up to your expectations. We are deeply sorry too that the free upgrade given to you, in order to make your stay unique, was not been fully appreciated. In fact the room that you received was a Superior room. with more space than a Classic and also with a table where con can comfortably have a full breakfast every morning from 7:30 am to 10:30. Weare proud, instead, that you found our fantastic location so excellent; a 5 minutes walking from Pantheon on Trevi Fountain, 10 minutes for the Colosseum and 15 for the Vatican City We hope to have in the future a second chance to change your idea.
