The hotel was clean and the room, while quite small, was tidy. Unfortunately, the overall experience was disappointing due to how we were treated by some of the staff. In particular, we felt unwelcome during breakfast when trying to access the included food service - a more respectful and friendly approach would have made a big difference.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The only issue was that our bathroom had mold on the ceiling and the a/c was leaking. There would sometimes be a weird smell in the bathroom likely due to the mold. You can also hear everything going on outside the room (other guests talking, people walking up and down the stairs).

4/5 Stars. Stayed there with my partner (both 20s) We enjoyed our stay very much and would stay there again. Pros: - Clean room, helpful staff, very close to metro and good restaurants, breakfast good for Italian standards (be aware that Italian breakfast is typically lighter, no eggs or bacon more think more danish and coffee) always someone at the desk including night security, feels very safe. Cons: - Elevator doesn’t work, though wasn’t a problem for us might be for others. TV didn’t work either (unsure if it was just our room, and we did tell staff but staff working that night was unable to fix it, and we didn’t end up asking again because we were so busy). Mini fridge was also not working but wasn’t really a problem for us either. Quite a small room, bed takes up entire space of the room.

All the staff members were very kind. The small standard room and common spaces were clean. Bed was comfortable. Not a 3 star hotel in our opinion. TV did not work entire stay. Mini fridge did not work. Elevator was hit or miss. Shower drain was extremely slow and leaked onto the floor, so baseboard was rotten from wetness. No coffee one morning as machine broke down, next morning it was repaired but toaster was out of service. Staff apologetic but nothing they could do. None of the above too big of a deal but would not stay there again.

Great breakfast options. Room was clean and comfortable. Staff were very helpful. We arrived just a couple of minutes before the lobby closed for the night (10:30pm) but the staff did not rush us through the check-in process. They expalined everything we needed to know, room access, breakfast, etc. and made sure we were comfortable with everything before we left.

This was our first time in Rome. The hotel is really cute, the rooms are nice, and the staff is so sweet. We enjoyed our stay here and would deffinitely stay again. Its on the outskirts of the city centre so its not touristy or crowded, and it's only a 5 min walk to the Metro.
