Just cross the road and there is a beach, the main attraction of Ostia. Hotel is nice and clean, nicely located only short walk from the station and shops, restaurants just around the corner, I recommend it.

This a is a nice little place. It is a 10-15 minute walk to the transportation system. If you have been on a subway anywhere in the world the tricks you have already will help to navigate the Rome subway. Staff was nice and the room was neat and comfortable.

Beachfront location is central to shopping etc.. We had a sea view room with balcony (pictured) so can't comment on other rooms. Smallest shower ever. Front desk was good until check out. A decent breakfast is included opening at 7. Our 7 pickup (a hotel employee) was there at 6:55. Though the food was out the front desk wouldn't let us grab a 'to go' bag because it was too early. Guess we should have waited the 5 minutes.

Located close to the Fiumicino Airport we booked it coz we had to catch a flight the next day. This was the only hotel in our entire stay in Italy which doesn’t charge for children below 10 yrs. the shuttle service which they offer to the airport is cheap and prompt. A metro station is close by. There are plenty of places in the neighbourhood to dine. We figured out that this would also have been an ideal place to stay if one wanted to explore the city as a close metro station makes the travel easy even though it would take about an hour to reach the city centre.

Great Ostia hotel

Frequently travel to Ostia to visit friends in the area. This hotel was perfectly situated--close to the Pontile and the wonderful restaurants and shops, but far enough away not to be distracted by the noise and busyness of the area. The train station was also just a short walk away giving access to the wonders of Rome.

Extremely well managed! This hotel is near the Rome Airport and receives high volume of short term guests. With a large crowd of guests arriving at the same time, there is not much time for friendly "chat" from the front desk. Although some people may want to have a casual friendly chat, I can assure them that the people in line behind them will appreciate a very professional and highly efficient desk manager who is able to place everyone into their rooms quickly after a long trip. The Hotel Ping Pong is not new , but is kept in spotless condition by the housekeeping staff. Your day will begin with a pastry and a coffee or juice, offered to you along with a Sincere Buongiorno! And a smile that will warm your heart!❤️
