Spent 2 nights while visiting Rome. Room quite basic but very clean and wonderfully comfy bed. Food good in the bar at night and a good buffet breakfast. Quite a long bus and metro trip into the centre of Rome

This hotel is like a chalet style building with each room having its own entrance onto the gardens (a few were onto a short corridor). The room was spacious, clean and comfortable with great facilities. The sun terrace was quiet and peaceful. The staff were really friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious and the breakfast room is very quirky with a tree growing in the middle of it! A very relaxing space. Head next door to the attached restaurant for a delicious meal – even the locals eat there and the food is cheap and amazing! If ever in Rome, we would defiantly stay here again.

I picked this hotel to stay, only last week when I took my mum to Rome for her birthday. I seen other reviews and it seemed ok. I seriously recommend staying else where. The colosseum is 27 minutes away on a bus then a metro and the Vactican 41 minutes away on a bus and two metros. You may save money staying here but you spend it communiting. Taxis from the centre are around 27 euros. The rooms were basic, we had a bed and a table that was about it. When we spoke to other guests we found out they had fridges and sky tv. Even though I payed more. Cleanliness was shoddy, turned on the overhead fan and dead bugs and dust fell from it. Bins weren't changed our entire stay. The breakfast was not varied as I had read in other reviews, if you like sugar covered and chocolate filled donuts at half 7, it's the place for you. All sweet items unless you had toast and the toaster barely worked. Staff mainly ignored you with the expection of a few of the younger female staff. There are cats EVERYWHERE. We would return back and every night there was a cat sleeping at the foot of our door. One night we counted NINE cats sitting around the area of our room. Only positive was the hot tub, but buy your own drinks from the supermarket across the street as it's expensive to buy them at the hotel. I never tend to leave bad reviews but I felt this was needed as I was mislead and wanted to inform people of my experience. The only reason we stayed was due to my mum convincing me we would only be there to sleep which we ended up doing as we stayed out as much as possible.

I spent a night at this hotel during a business trip. I choose it as it was the closest to the place that I had to go to and because it has a free parking facility. The hotel is a little bit dated, the Sky TV channels didn't work and neither a bathorobe nor sleepers were available in the room (as stated on their website for the French Rooms).

My partner and I stayed at this hotel between the 27th June and 1st July and found ourselves very happy and comfortable there. The hotel itself is lovely and quaint. The staff is so friendly (we love the Italians :D) and they made sure that we were always catered for. The restaurant is so lovely surrounded with greens and flowers and the food is good as well. The breakfast was delicious and there was plenty to choose from: from bread and fruit to bisuits and yummy sweets. I especially loved the cream-filled criossants! The neighbourhood is so lovely, near a park, petrol station and flower shop. There's also a large centro commerciale nearby with fantastic shops ranging in prices from low to high. Our room was simple but cozy and we had everything we needed. The mattress was incredibly comfortable to sleep on and I'm a rather fussy sleeper! The only downside was that there weren't many restaurants nearby and we didn't own a car or motorcycle so we were a bit restricted when dining. Overall I would say it was a fantastic stay and if we ever find ourselves in Rome again we will come back. Lots of love from your Maltese friends :) xxx

It was safe parking for the car. By public transport it was easy to get to every famous place in Rome. The service and the food was very good. It is a very good place for families for a few days in Rome.

We stayed here our first and last night of our 2 weeks in Italy. this hotel is a hidden gem! Clean, staff was very helpful! Restaurant next door was awesome! Free parking and very easy to get to from the airport! Gardens and breakfast was delightful!

It was a good place to stay, a bit far from city centre but that was our choice, it's pretty easy to get there though as the bus stops right in front of it. We were well served and treated although I think staff could be a bit more friendly. Room was comfortable and very clean, towels were changed daily even though we follow the instructions so it wouldn't be. The shower wasn't that good, think it needed a new shower head. Breakfast was very simple but delicious, various options of bread and fruit. It is a very good place to stay if you don't go out at night as is far from the center and theres nothing much close by, and don't want to relax in the hotel since it is pretty basic. I went to Rome with just my mum so we only wanted for sleeping and breakfast so it was perfect for us.

The hotel was a lovely old building with green space around it with lawn, and flowers. Places to sit outside. Breakfast was good and plentiful. The room though simple, was comfortable with one exception we had ants..both ground and flying. It may have been ground floor rooms only which is where we were , but I really don't know.

Exellent welcoming and lots of diffrent rooms, restaurant in next house great breakfast. Location is good , bus stop just 50 m ,and reserved parking at site if requsted .It's a quiet place but at the restaurant is life in the night .
