Thank you to Navona suites and specifically to Francesca & Vivian for ensuring that our stay was amazing. Your directions of places to eat and visit was spot on, and the upgrade to a better suite on the Piazza was tops
Arrived in Rome for our final few days to find accommodation booked elsewhere was cancelled. The staff at Navona Suites went out of their way to accommodate us for 3 nights. We had their suite for the 1st night that overlooked the piazza and it was great. The room was clean, hot water plentiful and the bed & pillows very comfortable. Room was big enough for 2 people & 2 bags compared to other hotels we had stayed at. The next 2 nights were in a standard room. Shower was smaller but room still comfortable. My only gripe would be that there was nowhere to hang your towels in the standard room bathroom. Both rooms had tea & coffee facilities & a mini bar - both rare in a lot of hotels. Finding hotel entry was a bit funny - large green doors with a security gate inside & the lift is only large enough for 1 person & 1 bag. Windows are double glazed to help with noise - we slept very well. Overall the rooms could have some work done but we would stay there again. Great location.
we had the best weekend of our life...celebrating our first anniversary.... you guys are just the best of Rome ...exclusive location,in the piazza navona ..center..quite and private.. the best atmosphere ever...really guys...we now thank u for all..how u received... for the champagne bottle.. yoooo mannn...awesome... for the strawberries and cakes....for the suite....just perfect...
The Navona Suites was nice, but not fabulous. The air conditioning was hard to control and they only had a sheet on the best so we froze all night. It was clean, but not really clean. The entrance was also a bit tricky and we had an issue getting in one night (we woke someone up to open the door).
We had a great stay at Navona suites . Check in was a breeze . Room was ready early and staff very helpful. Room was comfy and location excellent . We booked and upgraded to a room overlooking the plaza Navona . €20 extra but worth it for the little views . Only down point is the check out time . 10:30 is far too early especially for a Sunday. This should be reviewed.
My husband and I booked and payed in full for this room on the Expedia website via Trivago. This room was advertised as a superior room with a free mini bsr. This was not the case we were told it was a mistake after the room was non refundable. The room was far from superior it was very small and narrow. After two fights of stairs to get to s narrow lift this was extremely dissapounting . We would never recommend this hotel to anyone. We did not appreciate being lied to and misled. I would for a world reputable airline and will never recommend this hotel. Regards all the way from Australia.
The room was horrible, more like a motel room, the bed is hanging from the ceil, there is button to lift it and below, a jacuzzi, a bit non-sense for us. We didn't like it. Walls, everything else, were not well maintained. The only very positive point of this hotel is the location, piazza Navona es very beautiful.
This small hotel is located exactly on Piazza Navona, it is divided in rooms over looking the Piazza and others overlooking the street that runs parallel to it. We stayed for just one night, and were happy to end our Italian vacation with such an amazing view, saying goodbye is never easy, this made it a tad harder. Staff upon checkin was very accommodating, willing to help us book diner, and preoccupied that we had everything we needed. There is complimentary bottled water on the first day, and breakfast which we skipped since we had an early flight. The hotel has no common quarters, reception is small and breakfast as we understood would be taken to your room upon request.
We had an issue with the reservation done through Bookings and the staff at Navona Suites was extremely helpful trying to solve it and very understanding. My overall assessment of this property would be good, above average. excellent location. fantastic staff. the facilities might need a little bit of work in terms of cleaning but nothing that would stop me from staying there again. The shower needs some deeper cleaning but the sheets were perfect and the overall cleanliness of the areas was ok.
We could not believe our eyes when we entered our room and opened our shutters onto the Piazza Navona! It was our first time in Rome (or Europe for that matter) and this boutique hotel was perfect from beginning to end. If you are after a true Italian feel, with a modern conveniences then you have to stay here. Sitting in our room each afternoon and night with the shutters open, listening to music and having the nights breeze come in was simply amazing. The location is second to none, within walking distance of all major landmarks. Our room had a double shower with a rain shower head and a great hair drier (which is often hard to find in hotels!) Rooms are on he smaller size but we knew this when booking and we're attracted to the location. I will highly recommend Navona Suites to friends and family when they head to Rome!
