it is not an hotel. if you are looking for a lobby and other facilities you won't find them here. the room is small but nice and clean. the location is the best you can ask for. stuf helped us when we asked them and was very proffetional

For a weekend stay in Rome, Navona Suites was ideal for the location and the ease of walking to see the tourist attractions. The room and bath were modern, well lit, comfortable, and clean. There is no lobby--you are admitted by buzzer into a building and go to the reception "office" to get keys. It's more apartment like in that way. The women working at the desk were always helpful and friendly. The walk from there to the room is peculiar--narrow hallways that make several turns and have walls of brown with stylized outlines of people in gold. Also are textured, abstract people that look like science fiction people emerging from the walls. The painted people are nude and appear to be all women in couple poses. With the white neon lights from the room numbers, it felt like a science fiction futuristic movie. And then the room was lovely with white walls and nice fixtures.

This is the perfect spot to walk to all the major attractions in Rome! Very near the Pantheon. It is also close to bus stops and transportation. The staff was always very helpful with directions and recommendations!

We had a room with a view of the Piazza, and it was perfect. The location is very central to any place you need to be and they were able to assist me in getting to everywhere I needed to go. Staff is fantastic and would stay again.

First of all, let me begin by saying that this hotel ruined my birthday trip to Rome and rob me of my $702 for the 4 days. I booked a NON SMOKING hotel, and a NON SMOKING room. And when I arrived the hallways smelled like a smokers lounge. I have a baby, and I was not going to allow him to get sick on my trip, due to their disgusting hotel and lack of air quality control. It’s is extremely small, as in if you are claustrophobic, stay away... they can’t even pay their staff to be available 24/7. So the hotel closes after hours and you are forced to walk around the city with a stack of keys and open multiple doors to get in... as if that sound acceptable to anyone on vacation. So if I had to check out at 4am, I don’t see how that would have been possible without anyone there... we arrived and they didn’t even have a bell boy or cart to help with all the bags the hotel is so small you can’t comfortable unpack. It’s more like a hostil not luxury suites. They really need to stop advertising falsely. I obviously couldn’t stand the smoke smell and 30 mins later I checked out. I had to book a new hotel Metropolis, and for LESS I had, free breakfast, 24/7 assistance, NOT ONE BIT OF SMOKE in my room, room was large enough to unpack and stretch. But to make it WORSE I expressed my concern about my baby in the hotel and asked to check out and get a refund and they refused to give it to me, when they were te ones who really shouldn’t even be in business or advertise falsely. Savages... so they say that their policy is no refunds and I never got any documentation of that policy and of course they would say that because no one in their right mind would stay there knowing the real circumstances. I’m sure everyone who stayed, stayed because they were bullied and not given their money back. I never write reviews but I will take my sweet time to create an account on every website I can find and share this with everyone I can find on social media. This experience was disgusting to say the least. This hotel should go or if business for robbing people who are trying to have a good time with their family.

Nicely done in a comfortable, quality, modern way. Location is excellent. Staff were friendly and helpful. The beds we're particularly comfortable. And awesome shower! They should put a better sign on the door to find them more easily....

The hotel was well located at Piazza Navona. Our room was clean and comfortable and looked out over the beautiful piazza.. The staff were very helpful and pleasant to be with, assisting with taxis, boarding passes, etc. We enjoyed our stay and will likely return when in Rome.

Great location, right adjacent to Piazza Navona. Central to a lot of walkable tourist sights and locations, a few minutes to the Pantheon, 10min to Trevi fountain, or 20min to Vatican or Colosseum. Great atmosphere around for restaurants, taking a stroll, shopping or just enjoying being in Roma. The hotel entrance area is a little difficult to locate, but I read ahead of times from other reviewers to look for a 'green door' and press the buzzer for reception on the floor above. Knowing this, locating the hotel and check in was smooth. Even walking around late at night, the location felt safe. The room itself is as advertised. It's decent for the location but not high end luxury. It's simple and to the point - a bed, a bathroom, a closet. Travel light and expect to walk up the stairs to reach your room. Size is small for North American standard, but quite good for European standard. Okay for clean, not sparkling, but lived in clean. Would stay again.

The location is fantastic. Couldn't be better. The room is very nice with sauna and a bathtub in the room we stayed. One thing that I didn't like is the lack of space for the luggages. We spent 4 days there, and we had breakfast in the room, and we missed a table for that. Very clean and the people there are very nice.

I've been to this cute boutique hotel twice now and I always have a pleasant stay...except for one thing. Even with keys that they give you for after hours access, the black iron gate inside the atrium and the second floor access key are very difficult to use. They really should just put locks on these doors that are EASY to open. Other than that, the staff is always helpful and the rooms clean and modern. What more can you ask for when you are on the backside of Piazza Navona!
