This is not luxurious, but it is a very solid budget accommodation. Location is perfect. If the apartment was painted, it would leave a better impression

Location is perfect. If you are looking for a quiet stay, don’t take this one, street really noisy. Luis is really friendly and he was here to welcome and give advices from the beginning The apartment need to be refurbished

My stay at “pretty flat”

Very cute little apartment! Stayed here with my boyfriend and it was the perfect amount of space for the two of us. It had a small kitchen with stove, small refrigerator, and some cooking supplies (pots, pans,plates, glasses, etc.), small bathroom with a toilet, sink, small cabinet, bidet, a tiny shower(definitely a tight squeeze but not bad for price), a little living area with couch and table, and a bed upstairs. It was a private It was a private studio apartment, not a room in an apartment with a shared living area, which was very nice. Outside there was a courtyard with a very Italian look that we loved, it had lots of plants and flowers around it. The man who owns the apartments that will check you in is very nice and accommodating. There is a cleaning fee, city tax, and deposit that you must pay in cash when you check in. It’s in great location, only about 20 mins or so to the part of Rome many of the tourist sights. It was near a lot of the bars with many young people In the heart of Trastevere with less tourists, pretty streets, and lots of great food. The Room had strong air conditioning and fan that kept the room very cold and free wifi. There was also a washing machine but it didn’t work when we were there.

Perfect Trastevere apt with fabulous host Luis!

Perfect location, beautiful clean apartment with a beautiful view of Trastevere. Luis, our super host is extremely kind and is always ready to help you with anything!

Excellent choice

Terrific location. Charming room in an aging building. Great service, he found us a hacksaw to cut through luggage lock when we lost the key. Bathroom is very small. Easy to find. Good wifi. Great security, three locked door between us and the street. Fantastic, varied dining opportunities within 5 minutes.

En general fue satisfactoria nuestra estancia, el contacto del hotel Luis fue muy amable en todo momento, facilitando mucho el check in. Por sugerir alguna mejora, diríamos de mejorar el baño, muy pequeño e insonorizar el apartamento, mucho ruido exterior en la noche, por lo demás lugar céntrico para ir a todos lugares a pie y apartamento comodo
