If u want to experience the true charm of Rome this is your place! Location is excellent and just a 5 minute walk to Spanish Steps and the metro. The area is filled with upscale shops, restaurants and galleries. Yes, the rooms are extremely small but it’s expected in this part of the city. It’s what makes this place special. Included a charming simple breakfast each morning. I recommend and would stay here again.

good location near Spanish Steps, friendly helpful staff, very tiny room and bathroom space, but workable, reasonable rate for 2 night stay while in Rome

This was our second time in Rome and second time staying at Hotel Forte. Cannot recommend this hotel enough! The location is ideal, walking distance to many tourist attractions; wonderful restaurants, and great shopping! The hotel itself is charming, with helpful and attentive staff, and a delicious breakfast! Thank you to Marco and all who helped make our stay so memorable! Will be staying with you again next time we visit Rome! Grazie! :)

Right in the middle of everything. Good value for the courteous service

We had to change a room. On the first night we arrived late from the airport and received a horrible room. Could not even take a bath there since there was a horrible smell of mildew (Moffa). Second room was fine.

We stayed here for four nights as a family of four with two children (ages 9 and 4). This hotel was situated in Via Margutta, one of the most beautiful streets of all Rome. Close to nearby Spanish Steps, Metro, Shops, Restaurants, Markets and Bars. The staff were very warm and polite. Our room was quite, clean and space was adequate. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone and will stay here again. Thank you very much, Hotel Forte for a wonderful experience!

Spent 6 nights at this classy older 1st floor boutique hotel, helpful English speaking staff, cool open cage elevator, surprisingly quiet area, just a block off major sights with high end shopping. Good king sized bed and linens, but took up space in the smallish room. Bath had very nice shower with no lack of hot water and soaps, but pretty tight space. Breakfast generous with eggs, meats, cheeses, pastries , juices, coffees. Fresh fruit would make it perfect. This was my second stay here. Will return if in Rome again.

Right near the base of the Spanish steps Spagbs station and great restaurants. We loved browsing the restaurants and Gelato places. Our best meal was at Dilt. Fantastic food.

Great hotel, great stuff. Very good rooms, good breakfast and service and a very good location - 2 minutes from the spanish steps.

The pictures for this "Luxury Sutie" hotel are very misleading. Our room was NOT a suite and had barley had enough room for two people to move around in. The bed looked like the staff put two twin beds together and placed and unmounted headboard against the wall. The bathroom was so small that I had to enter the door sideways in order to use the facilities or to take a shower; there is not bathtub at all. The most disappointing experience during our stay is that the room key broke off in the door and the Manager told us that we had to pay to have the door lock replaced.

A very nice place to stay if you want to be near a LOT of attractions (Piazza di Spagna, Piazza del Popolo, Fontana di Trevi, Via Condotti, etc...)
