Ideal location for taking the train from FCO Airport into Termini Station.Short walk from the Station and so much cheaper (and possibly quicker) than taking a taxi from the airport. The person who came to meet me was late, which meant I had no way into the room and no way of knowing if they were coming or not. The shower water pressure is non-existent. Had to run sink for 10 minutes to get any hot water in the shower. Friendly staff. Breakfast is OK.

Very friendly staff, arranged and picked us up from the Rome train station. Showed the map to help us getting around. Room is clean and bed is comfortable. Only 15 min walk from the train station.
So as the title states, this establishment is extremely close to most of the major sights. For example, a ten minute walk to the south will take you to Ancient Rome. Beautiful churches, grandiose piazzas, and other such sights are all in walking distance. The Vatican is a bit far but that's no issue with the Piazza del Republica metro stop a fast five minute walk away. If you want to go outside of Rome, the Termini station is right next door, providing transportation to all of Italy. Great restaurants are everywhere; walk any direction and you'll certainly find one that fits your tastes and budget. The Viminale Hill area is very safe because the Misinsty of The Interior is right across the street. The establishment itself may be located in an older building, but the owners certainly do a great job keeping it new and clean. There is Wifi, air conditioning, and any other amenities a traveler could need. Every morning, a staff member comes and cleans your bathroom, does your bed, and tidies up the room. On that topic, the staff is very friendly and helpful. A majority of them speak English fluently. The breakfast is good, with choices ranging from freshly prepared scrambled eggs to delicious, locally sourced, pastries. Even the pickiest eater will find something here. The only complaint we have is that the wifi sometimes did not work and the cleaning of the shower was somewhat rushed. Overall we were very happy with our stay. 10/10 would recommend.

Dear Mr Doko, many thanks for your review. We always ask to our kind guests an estimated arrival time to to avoid loosing time. We also recommend to call us to speed up . In any case we usually come in a few minutes as we live at 200 metres and our videocameras inform us on guests arrival. As far as the water we asked and immediate technical intervention and it was promptly solved out.
