This property offers it all - location and style. The location is a very convenient and comfortable walk to many sightseeing hot spots, including the Spanish Steps and Piazza Barberini. It is also very elegantly appointed with marble floors and tastefully furnished lobby, restaurant and bar. Our room was very nicely appointed also, comfortable and spacious for what I typically expect in European cities. I also frequented the cigar lounge every evening and found that to be a great amenity that many properties just don't offer. All that said - this hotel really differentiates itself by the professionalism and courteous nature of their staff. The wait staff in the restaurant, bar tenders, bellmen and front desk staff and the Manager were so welcoming and attentive that it was those interactions that will bring me back and recommend the Aleph to all travelling to Rome.
My wife and I stayed at the Aleph Time Hotel before and after a Mediterranean Cruise departing from Rome. This hotel was a very pleasant surprise. The hotel is beautiful and kept to a high degree of cleanliness. The rooms are very large, beds were great, very large TVs, nice sitting area, great work desk, good European coffee in the room, large bathroom and the list goes on. The lobby bars are nice. We did not use the 6th floor restaurant, but it looked very nice. The Spa and workout area were yet to be opened during our visit. Breakfast in the morning includes eggs to order and plenty of breads. This was a good location for seeing Rome as we visited the Coliseum, Vatican and many other sites. I would highly recommend this hotel to my friends and family.
The hotel is quite new and ideally situated. It is not cheap but has a nice rooftop terrace and restaurant with a small pool. The personnel is very friendly and helpful although a bit inexperienced. The breakfast should be adapted to the expectations of the international clientele.
To simply state this hotel and staff are amazing would be an understatement! We are Lifetime Diamond members with Hilton and I am also a Concierge for ultra high net worth credit card holders. The staff went above and beyond to make sure our stay was enjoyable. The location is absolutely perfect and we were able to easily/safely walk around day and night. Each time we came or left the hotel, we were greeted so warmly by many. The entire staff was eager to help....Umberto, Anastasia, Hanen, Erika, Pamela and Mario are some of the staff who made us feel like family. The rooms and bathrooms were spacious and comfortable. This is definitely a hotel we will be recommending to many and we will most certainly return.
It's a new hotel and hence the bedrooms and bathrooms are plush. The location is perfect to walk to all the close by attractions. The concierge desk was really helpful, and planned my Amalfi Coast trip for me. A great hotel to stay in Roma!
Excellent location in a quiet street ( walk down the street it's plaza Barberi) but close walk to major attractions. Hotel Staff goes out of there way to help you in all your needs. Rooftop a most ,beautifull views of the city. Also I enjoyed a Hot Tea and the most excellent supeb Hooka with my friends. Beds are wonderfull, everything is brand new. Definite will return and recommend to all my Family and friends
Great room Great restaurant Perfect service Not enough words to describe the great attention provided by the concierge, I got sick and she was always very helpful and also asking if I was feeling better.
We loved our stay at this hotel in Rome and do recommend this to anybody wanting to have a good holiday in Rome. The positives we experienced: Great room with a personal welcome to HH members; Amenities are guest-friendly and beds are very comfortable; Decor is superb; Staff are friendly and helpful; The concierge staff responsible for baggage are efficient and always there to take care of your belongings; Room service staff are helpful; Concierge tour staff are professional and recommended and booked all our tours including a direct train ride to Pisa - Hannen and Umberto were extremely helpful; We traveled to Pompeii this morning and the hotel specially accommodated breakfast for us 15 minutes before official opening time - great gesture! The only negative about this hotel is that it does not have a great view. However I doubt any hotel in Rome has a good view because Rome is an urban city. Do recommend this hotel to anybody visiting Rome. Munir D.
Spent eight nights in Rome at the Aleph Hotel and enjoyed every minute. Great location, great, friendly, helpfu staff, nice rooms and good breakfast buffet. Especially liked the close, but off main streets location, the quiet neighborhood, and the very helpful staff. Would return and highly recommend. P.S. We were fortunate enough to have one of the three terrace rooms. Fantastic in the fall! If you have the opportunity, I'd go for it!
Would like to express my sincere appreciation to all the team that was always exceeding the expectations every time we interact with them. Starting from the General Manager to all hotel employees that were very hospitable and always there to help and welcome. We loved our daily amenities and the scent every time we return back to our room from very efficient Housekeeping Team. Breakfast staff and all other outlets were always welcoming and knowledgeable. Thank you again for making our holidays so memorable and will certainly be coming back.
