Great location and good breakfast

The hotel was clean and comfortable. We had bad luck because it is on a 4th floor and the elevator was not working. The fee paid at the hotel is more expensive than the other hotels. Breakfast was good and the location excellent

Located near Termini Station and has lots of restaurants around. We were greeted by Amin, the guy at the front desk. He is very polite and a great host. He showed us the room and the breakfast procedure. The room is big, good and clean with basic amenities (including wifi), despite the mild musty smell. Amin served us breakfast everyday. The breakfast is not bad at all,we actually enjoyed it! Good budget hotel!

Great location, comfortable base

Right down the road from termini station so a great location base for sight seeing. Lots of restaurants on the Main Street outside. Comfortable room nice and clean with good airconditioning which was needed! Friendly staff and breakfast was light and simple but yum, had it on a breakfast tray in our room which was a nice touch. Mini fridge also great. Only cons would be we were only given 1 set of keys of 3 people (triple room) as you get a set of three keys (only one for the main electronic door). Otherwise a very pleasant and comfortable stay, perfect for touring the city.

Affordable B&B in a good location

This B&B is 2 blocks from Termini Rome central station which was ideal for us getting around and there are decent restaurants around. The room was fairly modern, clean but no satellite TV. It was noisy on the Saturday night but then that's Rome and the ambience on a weekend night. Staff were organised for our arrival and friendly. If you don't want to spend an expensive accommodation then you will be pleased with Siesto Suites. Also we travelled with 2 young children and the facilities were fine.

Excellent

Overall a nice quiet, peaceful place with en suites +free WI-FI and up-to-date facilities clean but need more detail cleaning. Very good breakfast serviced. Felt safe even with our belongings. II Sesto is perfectly situated for exploring the city. Very impressive staff.

Great location which really close to Termini. Clean room with simple breakfast, and firendly straff who willing to tell you anything about Rome. However, DO NOT take shower in the morning, or you will be so regret like me, there are no hot water in morning no matter I waited for 5 mins or 30 mins.

Not worth the price

Although this is near Roma Termini , which is the only thing I found nice, I would not recommend this place. The place has a musty odor. The reservation was for 2 rooms and then Amin initially said that we will be in separate buildings! I had to protest because we have kids with us , and cant be separated . Breakfast was terrible . We were told that our schedule was at 9:30 am because others have booked earlier . Its limited to a croissant, 1 cup of orange juice or coffee. Not worth waiting for. Bathroom was so small with no place to hang towels . Even children were initially counted for city tax , good thing though I showed the expedia email of exemption for children for taxes . Noise outside could be heard .

Friendly supporting staff. Small hotel with few rooms. Great location close to Terminus railway station and within walking distance from downtown and historic areas. Breakfirst served in the hotel room. The hotel can be recommended for short stay in Rome.

Gute Unterkunft für einen Kurztrip

Das Hotel liegt in unmittelbarer Bahnhofsnähe, trotzdem ruhig, 150 m von der Kirche Santa Maggiore entfernt. Daher eine optimale Lage um die Stadt zu erkunden. Die Zimmer sind geräumig und sauber. Das Personal ist sehr hilfsbereit (Sprache: Englisch - kein Deutsch). Das Frühstück ist OK. Man kann täglich zwischen einem süßen oder herzhaften Frühstück (großes Sandwich oder Toast und Croissants), Obst und/oder O-Saft wählen. Das Frühstück wird im eigenen Zimmer serviert. In unmittelbarer Nähe des Hotels fahren die Hopp On/Hopp Off Busse (Santa Maggiore oder Termini) ab. Restaurants, Bars, etc. sind an jeder Ecke zu finden.

No one at reception while we waited for more than 1 hour before we could finally got in touch with hotel manager by phone, who asked us to drag our heavy luggage to 2nd hotel and then to 3rd hotel with inferior quality. No price difference was refunded despite our request.
