The hotel staff were VERY helpful answering all our questions. This was our first time in Italy and they made us feel very welcome. The manager even recommended a local restaurant and then called ahead to let the restaurant know we were coming. He then called the restaurant again during our meal just to make sure everything was okay. Amazing!! We had the beat meal there of our entire Italy trip!

Hotel was excellent with friendly staff. Have zero complaints and would recommend to all

The hotel is in a historic area of the city. The rooms are small but very nicely furnished & clean. Staff was helpful, friendly, and courteous. There is a restaurant & bar on the roof in the warm months. There are trellises & large pots of flowers & herbs. The area is very inviting. The food we had there good.

The staff that checked us in was very rude. Condescending. They neglected to tell us that we would be charged for breakfast. The other hotels in Italy breakfast is free. We were embarrassed while eating breakfast because we hadn't paid.

The rooms are so small I couldn't stretch my arms in it

Wonderfully located at edge of town near freeway. Excellent restaurants nearby and on the rooftop. Taxi stand within a block. Personalities of the concierge were perfect and understood the English language. Enzo at the bar took care of our every need and answered alot of touristy questions. People are very friendly. Rooms were cleaned every day and A/C worked daily due to humidity. Only drawbacks were that i asked for 2 separate beds and there were 2 pushed together. My flatiron burned out and they do not provide washcloths. Only 1 room key is provided. There aren't any stores that provide certain necessities - be prepared. Just a difference of services and I recommend this hotel since it met our expectations and breakfast was good and provided variety. We ate every day and walked everywhere. Trevi fountain, Spanish Steps are within walking distance - about 1 mile. Wear good shoes, cobblestones are killer on feet. If you cant walk, take a taxi. Definitely recommend this Hotel and this area to stay.

Everything was great. The staff was really nice and helpful, the room was clean, had a shower and hot water, and best of all: air conditioning!! The food was always good. There was a safe in the wardrobe for added safety of our belongings.

I highly recommend this hotel as it has great staff, and all the people there were very helpful. They showed me how to get around and recommended us some great restaurants. If you ever stop by Rome, then you should stay there.

The hotel and staff were great! We experienced several challenges (lost luggage, stolen passport and broken leg) and the staff went above and beyond to help us out and make our stay enjoyable. Thank you! Scott W Smith, CPA

Great place, close to the majority of the historical places, great restaurants very close to this hotel (2- 5 minutes walking distance), great people (front desk Nicola). I highly recommend this hotel.

The Victoria Hotel Rome is a nice hotel with small bedroom, large bathroom. The room itself was 3 star, but the hotel is 4 star. Thankfully it wasn't too hot in the evening during our stay, because the a/c didn't seem to work, so we opened the window (a little noisy) The hotel is very nice looking, with a rooftop bar & excellent restaurant. They did provide a more than adequate breakfast buffet each morning with our booking. The staff was extremely pleasant and accommodating. Location was quiet, and a bit of a walk to some of the major sites, so we used taxi's to get everywhere (more $$)

Lots of restuarants and shopping within walking distance. Minutes away from the metro to the tourist spots. Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. They have a map layout of the city. Though, they have no parking at the hotel but lots of street parking which was 1 euro per hour.

The hotel was mainly used as a base for sightseeing during our stay. 100 yards from a taxi stand, and the hotel staff was very helpful. Easy to arrange tours and an airport shuttle at the front desk. Great breakfast buffet (included in the price of the room). The room wasn't particularly large, but comfortable and had a large, separate stand-up shower. Overall, a pleasant place to stay, a hotel I would use again.

Very nice hotel with a great location. Only a block or so to the Via Veneto and situated directly across from the Villa Borghese. We could walk easily to the Spanish Steps and Trevi Fountain. The cafe dining along the Via Veneto was excellent. This hotel has roof top dining and a great breakfast which was included in the price. The staff was very friendly.

The hotel was great. English-speaking staff were friendly and helpful. Location was great. 5 minute walk to train station where you could hop a train to wherever you wanted to go. About 10 minute walk to Trevi Fountain. 2 minutes to Via Veneto (with tons of restaurants, shops, etc.) Didn't even try the restaurant - too many good ones within a 1 mile radius of the hotel. Rooms were just enough. They're small because we're in Europe, but clean and good. Didn't hear much noise. I would stay here again. Tip: don't take an unlicensed cab! They sometimes charge you 10 times the actual rate. Travel to the airport in early morning (when the Leonardo Express doesn't run) can incur extra fees. Be mindful. If riding the Leo, you'll still need a cab from Termini to the hotel. In all,a great stay. Rome is very walkable. We didn't regret staying closer to the "center" one bit!
