I was wondering if I have choose the right hotel for my family (4) to visit Rome, but i was 100% glad with the result. The family room was great space and furniture. The free wifi was great, and the smily helpful staff were fantastic, on top of all that the location, you walk 3 minutes to Navona platz where many restaurants are available, and from there you may walk to 80% of the sightseeing and attractions in Rome,,, also nice old market is only a minute walk(open from 7am-- 3pm), I highly recommend that any family to book this hotel as you will really be satisfy with the every thing, even that the dinning room of the breakfast is small but every thing is available and fresh 👍🏽👍🏽. We were in Rome for three days, and the hotel was in a perfect location, near of all things to do. The staff was amazing and really kind, always helping out where to go. The bedroom has a modern style and it was really clean. We will return for sure! Thank you

Booked a last minute break to Rome and stumbled across this hotel. Reviews were mixed but we decided to book as it was in a location we wanted to stay. First thing I would say is that the location is excellent. Right in the heart of everything and walkable to all the main tourist sights. Great bus links a short distance from the hotel. Some fabulous restaurants and bars right on your doorstep in Campo de Fiori and a short walk to Piazza Navona. We arrived late at night and the night time receptionist was a pretty unwelcoming. However, staff we encountered during the day were very friendly. Guests have commented on the small lift. It does only accommodate two people but this did not worry us, it did the job. I guess we had a standard room as it was small and although it was decorated in a modern style it was shabby and in need of a lick of paint and updating. The carpet was stained and there were marks all over the walls and headboard of the bed. In fact the carpets on the landings leading to the rooms were the same. The bedding was very clean as were the towels provided. The bathroom was well stocked and modern but unfortunately our room really smelt of dirty drains. Every time you opened the door the smell hit you. I quite understand that being in the centre of Rome old hotels have there downfalls, but I really think the plugs and drains in this room and hotel in general just needed a good clean and disinfecting. Air conditioning in the room was really good and the bed was comfortable. The hairdryer in the bathroom seemed to work for a period of time and then when it got too hot it stopped working until it had cooled down. Shampoo and shower gel were provided and were replenished without asking. Breakfast was excellent. There was a variety to suit all nationalities and tastes. We could not fault anything about the breakfast at all. In all we didn't let the negative points of this hotel ruin our stay and in hindsight should have complained about the smell in our room. The location itself was well worth while. However, if you are looking for lots of luxury in your room and impeccably decorated then perhaps you would not want to stay here.

We took a short mini-moon to Rome and were very pleasantly surprised by our hotel. Nothing was too much. The places they recommended for food were the best we had in all of Rome and half the price. Rooms are not huge but have everything you could need and were extremely clean. All of the sights were within walking distance and appeared to be in Avery safe area. Free wifi and sky tv in the rooms also. Will be recommending to friends and family

Recently stayed here with my mum. WOW the reception team were all very helpful. Lovely hotel, We were very lucky and got a terrace with our room. Being in Italy all apartments are on the small size however this was perfect all you need. Location was spot on. Great restaurants just around the corners.

I and my family (4) stayed at this beautiful hotel in Apr 2017. I must say that not having been to Rome before, we were a little concerned if we had picked the right hotel - however, as soon as we landed at the hotel, we realized our fears were unfounded. This hotel is the perfect place to stay if you want to enjoy Rome to the maximum. The location is amazing - everything is walking distance - we never took a cab to get anywhere. The hotel itself is very well kept; the room we were given was massive - I was surprised to see such a large room in a hotel in Europe. And, was it beautiful - just amazing. The service was splendid as well - very friendly team and they made us feel at home. Riccardo was amazing - helped us at check-in, and guided us on what to do and how to get to the nearby locations (everything is close by as I said). Breakfast was amazing as well - we had Melania as our hostess, and I have to say - the breakfast itself was very elaborate, and she was probably the best hostess we could have expected. In conclusion - if you are planning to visit Rome for a vacation, look no further than this hotel - you won't go wrong. Thank you to all the staff from this happy family!!

Short walk from Vatican City (10 mins).. short walk from the Hop-on-Hop-Off CitySightseeing Stop... This little hotel was just what we needed to make our 2 night stay in Rome a memorable experience. The team at Hotel Rinascimento are the warmest folks that you can find in Rome. From the time that we set foot in this hotel to the time that we left, we were well-taken-care-off! Breakfast was good - had a decent spread - the chocolate croissants are delicious - as is everything else, but deserves a special mention. Being close to the Vatican, its a great choice for people who want to spend more time at the Vatican than travelling to it. Lots of choices of marts to pick up water etc from. My friend had also stayed at the hotel over a year ago - and we all agree that its a great choice!!

Hotel is in a perfect location and hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Read reviews about lift being too slow and WIFI internet being lousy! It is true, lift takes ages to go up the floors and we barely got any WIFI connection from our bedroom. Breakfast was very basic and croissants were dry. We were really disappointed as you do not expect to be served dry croissants for breakfast especially in Italy. Also, the plug holes of our sink and shower were blocked.

This is a lovely hotel with helpful staff in the best location in Rome. We stayed for 4 nights in a Deluxe room with a spa tub and loved every minute of our stay. The hotel itself is quite quirky with narrow hallways, the smallest lift in the world (which we found is not unusual in Italy) and the most impossible to navigate cable TV setup. The hotel is in a quiet back street, sheltered from the noise of this busy city. We were able to comfortably walk to all main tourist attractions within 15-20 minutes. The staff were always helpful and the hotel is kept secure. The WIFI is good and we did not use the included breakfast.

room was really nice and large , specially the bathroom glass to the bathtub, generous breakfast , nice location , hidden and in the middle at the same time . but frankly internet and wifi lousy , we had to go down to the reception each time.
