A pleasant budget hotel close to termini, eating & drinking places. Head down the street/hill & coliseum is approx 15-20 walk. Clean & tidy & friendly staff. Beds for us were disappointing as wire sprung with basic mattress, was single beds for 5 persons so double/twin may be different. Cleaned, fresh towels & toiletries. Basic continental breakie. It worked for us at the price. Nothing adverse & found out on leaving there is a courtyard at rear for sit out.

Excellent value, location and comfortable hotel.

This a very conveniently located small. comfortable hotel just a short walk to and/from Termini. It has an elevator. The breakfast room had cappuccinos, espressos and pastries. The young woman at reception was extremely helpful with showing us the hotel on a city map and recommending where to have dinner. The room was good for 3 friends since we had 3 twin beds. An excellent restaurant (Aquila Nera) just a few doors away was so good, we had two dinners out of 4 there.

Unfortunately this hotel was disappointing. The place was not clean. The blanket on the bed had hairs on (including pubic hairs). No carpet. However, the worst thing was the stench coming from the bathroom. It was like sewage was lingering from the pipes. It was seriously bad! The staff did not seem to care. No apology just an ‘ok’. However, location was good. Cheap and uncheerful!

Overall stay was pretty good. Breakfast was plain and simple. All staff were nice. Only bad thing was that I could not get wifi in my room although it advertised that they have wifi in all rooms. I got an excuse that it was because I had a corner room. I had to go to the breakfast room on another floor to use the wifi or also in the lobby so it was inconvenient but it did work well. Air conditioning worked well.

Breakfast was terrible. Old croissants and no bread. Coffee was ok but I don’t drink coffee. Watered down juices and small selection of cereals. In the bathroom the toilet brush and container fell over as we arrived, and watery poo rolled out, so it was clear that it hadn’t been cleaned. The single beds were metal bed frames with thin mattresses. Won’t be staying there again.

I enjoyed the privacy I had in my room and the AC my room had. Unfortunately I had no wifi signal on the 5th floor, so anytime I wanted to use the internet (I do not have any service outside of the U.S.) I had to walk down to the 4th floor, even in the middle of the night. The bed had seen better days and had a huge dip where it had seen much use. Other than that, the housekeepers kept things neat and clean. It's also very affordable, so keeping the pricing in mind along with it's proximity to Termini Station, it is still worth the stay!

Overall. it's not worth the money paid. Except for the staff anything else was horrible. Especially the aircon, the hot water, which could never be adjusted, the bed, which was not suitable for sleeping, and, on top of that, the local area, which was teeming with vagabondage and con artists. The breakfast was very basic, the coffey was good, though. Would not recommend to anybody.

Convenient!

Perfect location blocks from the Roma Termini and close to the Hop On Hop Off Bus station. Room was clean but tended to get a little warm. To leave the windows open was a bit noisy but it wouldn't stop me from staying here again. The breakfast was a great way to start the day. Overall it was a great experience. Attached is a photo of the street where the hotel is located.

Check-in was fast and the room was available before official check-in time. Excellent and reasonable restaurant facing the hotel on the side of the street with plenty pf stores right near by. Elevator response was quick. No hot breakfast but continental breakfast was good. (Don't forget to ask the staff for free cappuccinos!) 2 negative points: There was a slight order of urine in the bathroom coupled with a shower-head with erratic spray patterns.
