Just an awesome place! So close to a lot of the beautiful places to see in Rome. Malina was so amazing and helpful!! She gave us great advice on places to eat and go out for fun at night. She was extremely supportive of our travels and needs therein. She allowed us to keep our bags there after we checked out so we could go out and continue to explore the beauty of Rome without the weight of our bags. Such an amazing part of our stay. When you walk out the front door you see the Colosseum to your right 5 blocks away! We would stay here every time we come to Rome!

Start here. Lots to do, very near the Cavour Metro stop. Easy access. Lots of eating options and simple to walk once the luggage is at the hotel. We have stayed in this area in the past and really enjoy it.

Great location hotel

Hotel location was amazing. When you step out the front door you can see the colosseum. Very walkable area with many shops and restaurants near by. Be prepared to lug your suitcase up 3 flights of stairs but great place. Very kind and accommodating staff.

Great experience every time!

This is my second time staying at this hotel because the staff so genuine and helpful. It’s a great place to stay, and very local to the Colosseum. Great neighborhood for restaurants and walking. Great experience overall.

Great location to stay! Lots of places to eat and tour around! Staff VERY HELPFUL AND FRIENDLY! Felt safe! Clean. The internet didn’t work, so plan for that ahead of time or ask before you stay if it’s working. Also, no elevators. Will stay again if we are back!

This was in great location walking distance to major staples of Rome. The room was clean and there were extra amenities slippers, toothbrush if needed. Only downside is its on the 3rd floor no elevator but the host was more then helpful with my luggage and helping me get a Taxi scheduled to the airport.

Everything is amazing, in the heart of the downtown and very clean. However, the owner should mention on the website that the guest house is in the third floor and there is no working elevator, the room and bathroom are slightly smaller than in the picture.

One room AC did not work and they were giving us some BS excuses that that building was not part of the building that we were in, which was a room right next to us. Our ac was working the second room AC was not working so they applied us two fans. And no elevator.

This was such a welcome place to come to when we arrived in Rome. It was a short walk to the Colosseum and other cultural sites. Important to know is that if anyone has mobility issues, it's on the third floor and there is not elevator. This was ok for us, but could be an issue for others. Lovely staff and friendly calm environment made for a restful time when we needed it.
