I spent 1 night at the hotel Memphis it was a great experience! Rob the manager and his staff We're friendly and helpful! The room was small but adequate for 1 person! The main selling point for me was the hotels location in the heart of Rome! A 400m walk to the Trevi Fountain and Spsnish Steps and a short walk to msny of the other Main attractions in Rome!

Only one thing was good about this hotel was that it is in city center. Very very small rooms n bathroom was more small.. u can't open your suitcase properly in room. There was no fridge, no kettle still they claim that they are 4 star category. Breakfast was also not good. Staff was not very cooperative. Overall not a happy stay.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Hotel Memphis. We were pleasantly surprised by the efficiency and friendliness of your staff, and by the cleanliness of your rooms. Your hotel location is also ideal and near the most important places of interest in Rome. We will definitely book rooms at your hotel again for our next trip to Rome, and will recommend it to all our friends and acquaintances.

We were fortunate to stay here twice in a few weeks. It is a small hotel so close to all the attractions in Rome. You can walk most places and we did with a map from the hotel. The breakfast provided a good choice of food & the coffee was great. The staff are helpful and friendly. The rooms are clean and comfortable. We would be very happy to stay here again.

We stayed for 3 nights in this hotel. The hotel was clean and room service was daily. Air con was effective! The staff were helpful. The breakfast was a selection of pastries, toast, cereal, yogurt and fresh fruit was always available. The metro line was less than a 5 minute walk. We walked to the Vatican in less than 40 minutes.

Hotel Memphis in a great location to discover Rome and is walking distance to the Trevi fountain, Spanish steps, Patheron and Vatican with plenty shopping, eating and dining options close by. There is a Hop on hop off bus stop only metres away giving you the option to get around Rome’s attractions with ease.. Rooms are good size and are quite. Enjoyable stay would stay again.

Nice and helpful staff, adequate breakfast options, small functional room, but most of all: great location. We didn't have to use a single metro, bus or taxi. We walked everywhere. Note, however, that the walls of the hotel are very thin. We could hear our neighbours talk, walk and pack their stuff. Also, the bed is quite hard, and the WiFi is shaky. It is probably a four star hotel due to the location.

The rooms were good, if small, like many European hotels in major urban areas. The hotel itself is small with only about 30 rooms. The hotel is centrally located with helpful staff. The hotel is on a side street so we had issues when we called taxis two times (there is a taxi stand a few blocks away). There are many restaurant choices within a short walk.

me and my husband stayed at this hotel for 5 nights. all of the staff are very polite and are always happy to help with any questions, directions, or recommendations. The hotel itself is very small, quaint and cosy which me and my husband really enjoyed as that is the kind of place we like however if you are looking for a hotel with lots going on this is not the hotel for you The room was adequate and clean. we were lucky to get a room with a balcony which was great for more space and was lovely area to be able to relax in the sun. They do charge extra for all drinks and snacks that are in the room which we felt was a little cheeky as the room wasn't cheap so we felt a couple of complimentary drinks would have been a nice touch the buffet breakfast was lovely it was wonderfully seeing the difference in culture between the kind of breakfast we have in the uk and what they had in rome. there was a range of pastries, meats, cheese, bread, yoghurts and eggs. there was also a yummy cake which I loved having with a black coffee at end of meal. drinks included a coffee machine (latte, black, cappuccino, hot chocolate and hot water for tea) as well as fruit juice. overall we had a wonderful stay and would deffo return

Very centrally located, allowing us to walk to everything! Breakfast was great. The staff was very helpful also. Rooms were quite small, even from European standards. The staff was helpful with directions, etc
