Nobody was at the property when we arrived. We had to call and get the codes to get into our room. I would recommend emailing the owners and getting the codes the day before.

Affordable hotel in Rome

Although nowhere near the centre, this small 3 room hotel is great value. It is in the general areas of Trevestere, which is a great area away from the maddening tourist crowds. It is very close to the trolley car line which takes you into the centre of rome or to a metro station or a heavy rail station. There are shops and pizza places across the street.

The house was very clean, tidy and comfortable. The area is away from the centre but with close tram stops you can reach the centre in 25 minutes, however the transport stops at night about 11pm so make sure you can be home in time otherwise taxi services are very expensive unless you can use Itaxi app or Uber . There are several local shops which open late to get your stuff. There are two bedrooms in the house so not too many problems with other residents and if you are a family book the whole house. Highly recommend this house to stay in Rome.

Der Balkon ist nicht angeführt, jedoch vorhanden und sehr gut. Fehlend waren die beschriebenen Zusatzbetten. Ein zweiter Sessel wäre praktisch gewesen. Das Waschbecken im Zimmer ist ungünstig, hätte aber im Bad nicht Platz. Leider hört man vom Gang und vom Zimmer darüber jedes Geräusch.

Posizione strategica (1 minuto a piedi) per chi ha necessità di un punto di appoggio per l'ospedale. Personale molto cortese e disponibile e facilità di check-in e check-out nonostante loro siano presenti fino alle 14, ma io sono arrivato la sera tardi e ripartito la mattina presto e non ho avuto nessun problema. Ottima la pulizia sia degli ambienti che della biancheria. UNICA PECCA la camera non era assolutamente corrispondente. alle foto della camera che ho prenotato sul sito. In ogni caso lo consiglio e sicuramente ci tornerò.

Siamo stati 3 notti in questo B&B. Ottimo rapporto qualità /prezzo camere ampie silenziose e pulite. Colazione fai da te essenziale ma soddisfacente. Posizione ben servita dai mezzi pubblici con parcheggio libero in zona. Ci torneremo volentieri.

Rome service var sjukt dåligt.. posonalen kan inte Engelska. De är ju alltid irreterad. Var har stannat i hotellet fyra dag och sängkläder har aldrog byttads.

Colazione molto minimal. Nel frigo non era presenta neanche una bottiglietta di acqua. La salvietta per il lavabo era misura per il bidet. Nonostante avessi messo la mini salvietta usata e sporca nel bidet a significare che è sporca e va sostituita, come normalmente succede in ogni hotel o B&B, me la sono ritrovata il giorno dopo. I rumori che arrivano dalla porta sono forti e ben udibili soprattutto la porta d'entrata che viene sbattuta da chi entra anche a ore tarde nella notte....

Good for a independent traveler

We didn’t meet any of the staff since we arrived night. All the instructions were given by e-mail. For us it was perfectly fine. The Guest House was bit far from the centrum but with tram 8 you can get to Trastevere and other side of the river. The tickets you can buy from Tabaccheria nearby. Room was big, clean and nice and very new. We had our own toilet but it was located outside the room. It was really not a problem since it was right next door and there was only one other room in the hall. All in all we were happy.
