Domus Quiritum Elite, charming downtown apartment

The Domus Quiritum Elite, consisting of a double bedroom, a large living room with balcony and double sofa bed, a kitchen and a bathroom, with old terracotta floors and exposed wooden beams, is located on the second floor of a historic building of the 800 (with elevator) in the heart of Rome. The large living room, with antique furniture, a large (non-working) fireplace, original paintings and many books will allow you to breathe an atmosphere of times gone by! The bedroom features a bed with hypoallergenic, ergonomic and breathable memory foam mattress and pillows. A washing machine completes the equipment of this apartment. The whole apartment is equipped with Air Conditioning and Wi-Fi connection. You will also have bed linen and towels, a hair dryer and an iron. Biscuits, fruit, fruit juices and honey at km0 of the Roman countryside will always be available for breakfast or for afternoon tea. The Domus Quiritum Elite is located in the heart of Rome, in the Campo dei Fiori district in the characteristic Regola district. The name derives from Renula, that is from that soft sand ("thin sand") that still today the Tiber river deposits during the floods. The district was in fact subject to the floods of the Tiber.

Quit sleep in the middle of busy Room

Lucilla’s place has an excellent location, you will find yourself immerse in busy Rome just two blocks away. We were able to walk to the main attractions and found all the necessities by Campo de' Fiori. The place is exactly as depicted by the pictures, you can cook no problem, we enjoyed the nice balcony, and sleeping was great: very dark and very quiet. Lucilla was an excellent host, very accommodating to our requests (we travelled with two kids under 3), and very helpful during our stay. We would come back to her place without hesitation.

Really very nice

Quiet clean . Lovely place near Campo di Fiori. You should see it in the morning when all the flowers and produce stands are there. Elena was terrific and went over and beyond helping me figure out how to work the clothes washer.

The best neighborhood in Rome.

We rented this cozy apartment for the Month of March. It is located in a wonderful local neighborhood close to The Campo de Flora and all the sights I’d Rome. Super quiet with a large living room. Great water pressure and loads of hot water. The kitchen is super tiny and up 4 super tall steps. Fine for breakfast but not ok if you want to cook. The only views in the apt are air shafts which means it is quiet. Just not scenic.
