Delightful!

An ideal stay for adults, with Claudio as friendly host. He picked us up and gave us a bruschetta snack upon arrival. The bed was very comfortable, the facilities all worked and the local bus whizzed us direct to the centre of Rome.

Nice place!

The hosts were very helpful picking us up from the train station and bringing us back. The bus stop is not to far. The apartment was quaint and comfortable with a very nice sitting area outside!

10 Year Anniversary Trip

We have just returned from our wonderful trip. We had a great time. The rental was phenomenal. It was out of the main hub of the city, so it was pretty quiet and peaceful, but also a close walking distance from public transportation that could get you right into the heart of the city. The hosts were awesome and very attentive to anything that we needed. There is gated access so it is very secure, priced very well, and easily accessible at anytime. This allows you to come and go as you please. Kerstin also surprised us with a small “gift” of driving us to a location to sightsee and take pictures. What a wonderful trip. We would highly recommend! Thank you so much to Kerstin for her hospitality and helping us navigate the city!

Wonderful place to stay...

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay in Rome and this was the perfect place to stay. It is very cozy and well-equipped. Our hosts were absolutely wonderful and helpful. The place is very conveniently located with two major bus lines nearby. There is also a lot of grocery, restaurants etc. nearby. We really loved it. Will stay here again if we return to Rome

Perfect in every way.

All you want in a place to stay: spotless, well equipped, safe, secure and easy access to the heart of Rome with very good restaurants in close proximity. Kerstin and Claudio were responsive and kind hosts which made our stay very enjoyable. Highly recommend.

Quiet and comfortable.

The property was well kept and care has gone into choosing the items within the cottage. The kitchen equipment was all of great quality making cooking and clean up easy. The place was comfortable and the hosts were friendly and attentive. Public busses are nearby but there are limited restaurants in the immediate vicinity. However, there are still some choices and a grocery store. For the price we knew we would have to take a short bus ride to access some more attractions and services but it was well worth it and staying in a quiet area of the city was lovely. Would recommend staying here!

A bit of a letdown

After reading the other reviews, I was expecting something spectacular and great service. It was mediocre at best. The hosts were very well intentioned and gave us tips on what busses to take into the city and groceries nearby. However, the check in process was long, slow, and a bit unorganized. The directions for finding the property after arriving in the area are basically nonexistent and the address listed on the app pulls up the wrong house in google maps. The place is awkwardly positioned in the hosts driveway and fenced in. The dishes weren’t properly cleaned upon arrival and there were constantly moths appearing even though we didn’t keep the door open and the window had a screen. The Wi-Fi for our stay went out for almost two full days and the hosts didn’t seem overly obliged or motivated to do anything about it. Finally, the location is not ideal. It is at least 30 minutes into the city with the bus some of which only come every 30-60 minutes. The neighborhood is next to several very large roads where pedestrians are an afterthought. Walking around on foot was not pleasant. The property itself is fenced in though, which dampens the noise.

Quiet Oasis

Perfect

The cottage is perfect for one or two guests and provides everything you need. It's very quiet for being in the middle of a city having 3 million inhabitants. If you have ever stayed in Trastevere, this is just the opposite as concerns the noise levels. Easy walking distance to public transportation to take you anywhere in Rome. Walking distance to bars for your morning capuccino and cornetto, to grocery stores and a pharmacy, as well as several good restaurants. The hosts are very pleasant and while I did not need their help, it was clear they would have provided whatever I requested of them.

Absolutely excellent!

From the planning to the communication to the financials, everything went smoothly. And, Kerstin is an absolutely lovely host! She's so kind and gracious. Any questions we had were answered quickly, before and during our stay. We were even able to arrange an airport pick-up/drop-off, which was a relief - not speaking much Italian ourselves. LOVED the property: super cute, super clean, and safe, and the location couldn't have been more convenient. Tram and bus stops are just a short walk, making transportation in and out of Rome much less expensive than taking taxis. And it only took about 30 min. taking the tram to city center, even with all the stops it makes along the way. Also, with a washing machine at the property, it's so much easier to pack light. We were able to make the week-long trip to Rome from the U.S. with only carry-on bags. No checked luggage, saving time, money and hassle. We can't say enough. Everything was wonderful. We would highly recommend and will definitely stay again! Thank you, Kerstin, for helping make our vacation so amazing!!!

Lovely Cottage

Beautifully clean comfortable accommodation,a safe and peaceful setting with a lovely view, Kirsten and her family were a delight and very helpful, tram station close by takes you straight to the centre of Rome, would definately stay there again and would highly recommend to anyone who wants to enjoy easy access to Rome, but enjoys a peaceful nights sleep. There a very pleasant terrace perfect for alfresco dining.

The cottage had every thing you could need - comfortable bed and pillows, plenty​ of hot water, equipped kitchen, and very nice little patio right out door for wine cracks and cheese in the cool evening breeze. Quiet and peaceful and secure. But I would have to say the reason you must stay here are the hosts, Kerstin and Marco. They are terrific, so hospital, and make every effort possible to ensure you have the best stay possible. Thank you, Kerstin and Marco. We hope to see you again.

Nette Gastgeber die einen mit Rat und Tat unterstützen können. Wir wurden gleich zu Anfang mit selbst gemachten Köstlichkeiten überrascht. Wir kamen mit dem Auto und mussten es im weiteren Verlauf nicht mehr benutzen. Es stand sicher im Grundstück der Gastgeber. Das Haus hat eine tolle Lage im Grünen mit perfekter Anbindung an zwei Buslinien die in 25min direkt ins Zentrum entweder zum Vatikan oder auf die Piazza Venezia führen

Super Lage

Toll, da Lage und öffentliche Verkehrsmittel Anbindung spitze. Leider konnten wir die Terrasse nicht nutzen, da aufgrund des Mispelbaums wir mit Insekten und vor allem Vögel und deren Hinterlassenschaften zu tun hatten. Die Bilder täuschen ein wenig bzgl. der Raum- und Terrassengrösse. Vermieter sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.
