Overall good stay.

I usually only write reviews when it was amazing or when it was god-awful and I feel it is my duty to warn the public. I am writing this review because I apparently get an additional night since hotels.com need reviews for it. So, here it goes. Service was good. I especially loved the breakfast service. The two ladies that prepared it were lovely. The room was fine. The bathroom.. it was clean enough. I say that because there were some suspicious black areas, but not enough for me to not use it. The shower head hook was broken so you had to hold it, but you have to think about the price paid in comparison to what you get. Could it be more updated? Sure. But, it was fine. It was as advertised. It was a budget room. The area was right next to the metro station. Important for trip planning. It did look sketch, but I never felt unsafe. Overall, I would stay there again.

Fredrico (Manager) and his father treated me wonderfully. I conversed with them often. They were friendly and very helpful with their guidance. They emailed before my arrival inquiring about my arrival time. I requested (if possible) an early checkin time and received it. I would not hesitate to book this property again. A very solid good bang for your buck.

6 stars out of 5, for staff friendliness, helpfulness, doing everything for my comfort. The location is great, on the “edge of the center”, can walk to all sights. A food store, with low prices, on the corner. The room is tiny (I have been in bigger bathrooms) but fits all the necessary things. Quiet with windows closed. Best for the price, I would visit again.

Really nice, cozy hotel!

Staff it’s great Location is very convenient , 10-15 minutes walk to coliseum and forum. Subway train station one block away to connect the whole city.

Very good stay

The hotel is very close to V.Emanuele metro station. The building is old but the room is always clean, bathroom is not suitable for big person though. Silvio and his staffs are always helpful, including very good restaurant recommendation. Will stay here again if we go back to Rome.

I booked this last minute at the end of a cycling trip. I was good given a 4 bedroom apartment for just me. Staff very friendly and helpful. Location 5 minutes from Termini station but also easy walking distance to main sites. I'm not into luxury but this hotel was more than adequate for what I needed. 24 hours staffing in reception. Good value.

Two Days In Rome

I've used this hotel before because it's close to Termini Station. The reception are always friendly and helpful/ The room is clean. The lady who organises the breakfasts is very efficient and friendly. A good hotel and very convenient to sightseeing in Rome.

Good Stay

The people at the hotel were really nice and helpful! It was a little bit hard to find since it was inside of a building on the 2nd floor and there was no sign but we found it easy enough! It's pretty close to the main train station in Rome so if you need to be close to that, this is a pretty good spot. The room was tiny, as is the usual in Rome but it was comfortable. The bathroom was bigger then most of the bathrooms we had in other hotels we stayed in and the shower was nice. The bathroom was clean as was the room. The wifi was a little spotty in our room(not that that was a huge issue) but it worked great in the breakfast area. I didn't find the neighborhood to be as good as other neighborhoods we stayed in on previous days, it was a little bit sketchy but it was close to the train station and we didn't spend a lot of time in that particular area. All in all it was a good stay!

Not what I expected

This hotel is not what we expected. Rooms a lot smaller than stated. Safe was not what they showed a box with a key and they hang a picture over it. Air conditioning didn't work properly. It is about a 15 min walk to coliseum . Front staff was knowledgeable about things to see and how to get around. English wasn't a problem.

More like a Hostel than a Hotel

Feel hotel represented itself wrong, beds were well used (not tempur-pedic), TV was not a 24 in LCD it was a 12 in antique, safe was not a digital one that they show in their add, you had an old one with a key that you had to hand in everytime you left the building, no rainfall showerhead and the out-door dinning is a block away. Hotel is located in an area that looks a little run down but we had no problems and it was very easy to get around. On the bright side the staff were very friendly

Great value for the money.

We stayed 4 nights. 5 blocks from the train station. The room was clean and comfortable. There was a cold refrigerator and hot water for showers. The staff was delightful! They were helpful in every way possible. Their English was perfect. They gave great directions, restaurant recommendations and tourist site information.
