The air conditioning was controlled from reception but we were not told. If wanted to turn it down you need to calle reception. The kettle was not in the room but it was not given if the guest did not ask. Hiw can the guest know all this if at the reception they don’t explain this to the guest? Not good reltion price And quality. There are much better hitels for less money

We had a very disappointing experience with the front desk staff, as they were unhelpful and impolite. Additionally, the room was uncomfortably warm, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep.

Quite far out from the city cost a lot in taxi. Had to ask for tea and coffee facilities. we got 4 sticks of coffee for a four night stay. Staff are friendly and helpful hotel was clean just too far away from city
