great location, nothing else.

tried calling ahead two days straight, no answer (between 9-11am) when staff members are on site. needless to say, we get there and manage to find someone and check in. immediately notice the towels have dark stains, the linen is also riddled with dirt, the fridge does not work, and the"Continental" breakfast is anything but: consisting of pastries and some coffee (if you're there at 8:30am on the dot) cliff notes: stay the HELL away!

Worst service. No person will be there to help you out. Hotel doors were locked & we were standing outside for about 1 hour. They were not pick our call either. No recommended overall.

Older building, hard to find

Be advised that you need to specify an exact arrival time because front desk isn't always there. The room was good and the breakfast is nice. No room complaints except terrible water pressure. The only reason I won't recommend this place to a friend is because it's hard to find, no sign except a tiny plaque next to the door, and it's in an odd neighborhood. And the last problem is you must enter 3 doors to get inside (4 if you include your actual room), and door #3 is near impossible to unlock because it's ancient. If you stay here, test the keys while the staff is present!

not worth for the money

It does not worth for the money I paid. You will have 4 different keys to access your room. One key is realy big, old and difficult to keep in your pocket. Room is very small. The sink and flush in the bathroom was broken. Street does not look like safe. Be carefull in late night time. It is close to termini train station. It takes 5-10 minutes by walking. Breakfast is only coffee and croissant. It is just a disappointment.

Terrible place - go elsewhere

Terrible. Room 4. So many things were broken including missing shower door panels. Couldn't shower without getting water everywhere. Walls dirty, bedspread dirty, stained and thin. Breakfast almost non-existant. Air didn't work. Bath fan didn't work. Made a mistake and paid twice what our friends did just one block away. Don't waste your money. Paid 7 months in advance and got the worst room.

Private yet still central

Beautiful front door, high ceiling room, comfortable bed, nice self serve brekky. You have to pay 8euro/person for tax fees.

Communication with the Hotel was very difficult. The Phone number was actually a FAX number. The cell phone number was buried in the info but we could never get through. It would be helpful to have the full number written as it would be dialed. For those not from rome Italy. We stopped by the hotel a couple days before our check in to verify all was okay because we were not checking in until 9pm when our Tour bus returned to Rome. No one answered the door at 5pm in the afternoon. We did get one reply from our many emails but it was short and confusing so we were not sure if we where going to get in on our check-in date/time. Very nerve racking when trying to enjoy our vacation. They were there when we checked-in. The Room worked for the short night stay. It was not clear how to deal with the keys when we left because you needed the keys to get out the 4 doors to the road. We opened all the doors and wedged them open, then returned the keys to the office. We did not think to ask when we checked in.

Abgesehen vom Personal, was wirklich sehr freundlich war und Infos gegeben hat, war das Zimmer furchtbar. Absolut nicht identisch mit den angepriesenen Fotos der Unterkunft: Die Wände haben Schuhabdrücke von den Sohlen, waren vollkommen verschmutzt und abgekratzt, die Fenster so dünn dass man Nachts alles von der Straße hörte, im WC läuft das Wasser zum spülen so langsam nach, dass man dazwischen ewig warten muss, bis der nächste es benutzen kann, wir waren zu dritt im Zimmer! Nicht zu vergessen das Leintuch mit dem gelben Fleck darauf! Im Badezimmer gerade mal Platz für Zahnbürste und Zahnpasta. Positiv war die Klimaanlage im Zimmer.

En grei overnattingsplass, men ikke noe mer enn det. Startet med at vi fikk beskjed om at det bare var noen utvalgte rom som hadde inkludert frokost, og vi var ikke en av de, Expedia ordnet opp og dekket frokost for oss uten problemer. Toalettet satt ikke ordentlig fast i gulvet så det kom til tider en intens kloakk lukt. Dusjen hadde et ødelagt dusjhode. Svart mugg under vinduet ved inngangen. Det manglet en del ting på kjøkkenet som glass nok til alle. Ja det var en veldig sentral og billig overnatting, og vi var der kun når vi sov så det var helt ok.

lo peor en mi vida no avia nadie esperandonos tocamos el timbre porque esta dentro de un edificio de bloques y para colmo ese dia llovia a mares eramos 2 adultos y un bebe de 2 años un hombre salio del edificio y pudimos entrar avia una placa con dos numeros de telefono al cual llamamos sin parar nadie nos cogia y con el bebe mojado de lo peor que me a pasado en mi vida tuvimos que correr a buscar un hotel que si no dormiamos en la calle es un fastidio nunca se pusieron en contacto con nosotros apesar que dejemos mensajes no lo recomiendo ni a mi peor enemigo y menos con un bebe

Grazioso, centrale e comodo.

B&B DOMUS DOMAS è in centro, vicinissimo alla stazione Termini e a pochi passi dalla metropolitana. Accogliente e pulito ideale per chi, come me, fa frequenti viaggi brevi ma intensi. Decisamente ok!!!

Buon rapporto prezzo - posizione, meno il resto...

Il b&b è al secondo piano di un palazzo vecchio immediatamente sopra l'uscita della metro A P.zza Vittorio Emanuele. Ottimamente servito per il centro. Per questo merita di rasentare la sufficienza. La sistemazione invece (noi abbiamo optato per una camera da 4) insufficiente: camera carina ma poco spaziosa, bagno piccolo vecchiotto e problematico (senza acqua fredda, senza aeratore e la prima sera con problemi di sciacquone poi sistemati), molto rumorosa la posizione. La colazione (buoni i croissant freschi, il resto composto da biscotti e cereali conservati in barattolo e fette biscottate) va fatta in camera perché nella hall non c'è posto: il problema è che in camera c'è un solo posto per sedersi ad un tavolo! Quindi ci siamo un po' accampati. Per fortuna ci adattiamo!

The breakfast was very, very poor. There were noting to drink for kids, only hot drinks like tea and coffee, no fresh bread or fruits either. We stayed three nights and bought bread, fruits and yogurt from the grocery shop, which we found fortunately right next door. There were either no room to eat your breakfest as there were no tables in the kitchen. However, location was excellent and rooms were cleaned every day.
