Very close to Roma Termini, the train and bus station. The room and bathroom were recently renovated and cleaned daily. Both bathroom and room had windows which is very convenient for ventilation. Good air conditioning and noiseless. Elevator to the floor

The shower isn’t the best but other than that a really good option for anyone travelling to Rome, the hosts communication is spot on aswel text us on the day before and responded quickly to any questions we had, really close to the train station so great transport access with the bus station right out side the train station, close to a couple of reasonably priced mini markets if you do forget anything and also close to a few bars and a great pizza place 5 mins away, can’t fault this property as an option to stay in just needs a more powerful shower

Room was nice, lift to the building quite small. So if you have a wheelchair or a large buggy it won't fit. I had a yoyo stroller and it just managed to fit. Location is great close to the train station and transport to airport. Shops and restaurants near by. We wore very happy with the place.

Excellent choix pour visiter Rome!

La chambre « simple» n’est pas très grande, mais elle est fonctionnelle et vraiment sympathique et l’endroit est calme. De plus, c’est super bien situé. L’accueil est attentionné et le personnel très agréable. Le ménage est fait à tous les jours. Je suis heureuse de mon choix et je le recommande fortement!

This is a guest house steps away from termini station. We choose it to stay the day before leaving Rome for its proximity to the Leonardo Fiumicino. Its clean an cozy. No ammenities, just bed and shower. Good for our purpose. Termini station is very busy. Dining is available at good prices.

Clean, convenient but no water pressure

My stay was a short 1-night layover and the room was sufficient for that purpose. The biggest issue was the lack of water pressure in the shower which made showering rather difficult and time consuming.

The proximity to Roma Termini makes this a convenient location to get to the attractions. Room is clean and more spacious than we had expected. It would have been nice to have a rack or hooks where we can hang our damp towels especially since they are changed only every three days.

Overall the room was great. Location was excellent in relation to the train. The hop on hop off bus was also located just around the corner. It also probably only took 20 minutes to walk to most attractions.

Convenient to take the train.

The place is perfect if you are taking the train. It is really closed. My niece and I walked around 6 am and felt safe because there were more people going to the station. It is also closed to Santa Maria Maggiore.

Not a great experience

When I got there, there was no one to check me in I had to called them to check me in they told me no one will be there till 7 but they did let me put my suitcase in I came back and still no one was come I had to call them agin they give me the room told me the lady will check me in the morning The room was smelled funny the ac didn’t work was broken The room was way to close to the other room you can hear other ppl Location is good close to the train station Make sure u have a phone to call them other wise you are be waiting outside and no one will open or check you in
