The property has good ambience. We loved the well maintained garden and the roof top full of plants.

Paula and Anna went out of their way to be helpful. Limited hours of front desk was a concern because of 7am departure. Would recommend to families staying in Rome.

Older building but charming and spacious. Would have liked more frequent towel changing but overall we were well taken care!

Accommodations very roomy by European standards. Comes with Kitchenette and balcony facing ancient courtyard. Rooms are a little dated when it comes to furnishings but fantastic value for family that has kids for couch and trundle bed. Top notch staff at front desk speak several languages including English. The free breakfast comes with a phenomenal view of city and St Peters dome and plenty of fancy food buffet style. Hands down best breakfast in Rome!

Acceptable for short stay : it's not a four star residence hotel no swimming pool ,gym etc... Windows are not noise proof and you can hear all the traffic during the night ,shower is very small ,it won't be an easy fit if you are a wider person. We are healthy looking family and it was still a challenge to use the shower . Carpet in the hallway needs to be changed or clean , not fan of the kitchen it's pretty old Staff are very professional, they speak good English the apartment is perfect size for family . The staff deserve 5 star .

Very nice hotel in great location in quiet area. Easily accessible to the Vatican by short walk. Short Taxi service makes trips to all attractions easy to get to and relatively inexpensive. Shops and restaurants all within walking distance along with grocery stores to stock up on if you want to eat in. Staff extremely friendly and helpful. Personally worked with Simone and he couldn't have been more helpful, but all wore great. Very satisfied and would definitely come back again.

Convenient location near St. Peter's. Comfortable and spacious apartment for a family of 4. Great retreat area away from the crowds in Rome. Kind and accommodating staff. Every effort was made to make our stay enjoyable and comfortable. Daily breakfast on rooftop with view of St. Peter's. Highly recommend this property. If sensitive to noise, the property is located near the train tracks.

Had a first floor apartment and it was huge! A large living room, bedroom, full kitchen and even an enclosed patio. Located on a tight road that traverses the south side of the Vatican, is only a 10 minute walk to St. Peters square and busses that can take you in to the center of Rome in another 10 minutes. 5 minute walk to an excellent restaurant (Papa Rex). Area is quiet and complex is secure. Believe we were mixed in with tenants in other buildings but never saw any. Be sure to say 'I have a reservation' when you buzz at the gate otherwise it may be confusing to the guard. Apartment was dated but very quaint and in excellent condition + very clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful to the best extreme. Breakfast is available for an extra 5 EU and highly recommended. Gennaro (in charge of breakfast) is wonderful and there is plenty to enjoy. Only had 2 days -- wish it was more and would definitely stay again.

If you want a 5 star hotel...this is not for you. Reception not avail 24/7. If you want a HUGE, clean Roman apt, this is the place. We loved the international feel of the space, Simon checked us in and was great...attentive and helpful. Beds were tiny in second room but my 6'4" son still got a good nights sleep. Next to train tracks but the rumble was soothing to us. SUPER CLOSE to Vatican.

Staff went above and beyond to accommodate us during our stay.... Complimentary breakfast was nice.... Room clean and well equipped.... Walking distance to several famous areas.... But most impressive was how staff went above and beyond to assist in every way.....

We had a most pleasant stay at Aurelia Residence with my partner and our 4 year old son. The accommodation was amazingly spacious and very comfortable, it felt like a home away from home. But in my opinion, what makes hotel really stand out is the staff who were most obliging, informative and personable. My son is very particular about what he will or will not eat or drink. He will not touch a boiled egg but is happy to consume any amount of omelette, he also will only drink apple juice or water. And although the kitchen at the hotel does not offer cooked breakfast or stock apple juice, as soon as they learnt about my son's preferences, almost by magic he was served a beautifully prepared omelette and a 1l carton of apple juice ! ( which they obviously had sent out somebody to fetch from a nearby shop). The rooftop terrace where the buffet breakfast is served is delightful with pleasant views over the surrounding area and the dome of St. Peter's Basilica. It was overall a wonderful experience and we look forward to the opportunity to stay there again on our next trip to Rome.

Great location. Just perfect for a family. Breakfast was very good.

Hello, thanks for sharing your experience in our residence, we are always a residence and not a hotel, so some services are not a must for our category. We can understand that the traffic bothered you, the noise is personal so we can only accept it, the shower are kind of small but with very nice hydromassage water jets. We are planning to renew part of the residence, and in many areas we are taking the carpets out. We are glad to know that our staff was able to satisfy your needs and exceed your expectations, for us it is really important. Say hello to the whole family, hope to see you again, maybe we will surprise you with the changes we have in program. Kindest regards

Thanks for sharing your experience in our residence, we are happy to know that you found our apartment comfortable and spacious with a good location, and mainly for your words toward our staff. Thanks for mentioning our buffet breakfast that thanks to the season it is served in our beautiful roof garden!. Noise is subjective but as you said the train passes nearby, during the evening they run less so at the end our guests can sleep. Say hello to the family, hope to see you again in a near future, best wishes,
