The 1st room I was assigned to the TV didn't work then the 2nd room smelled like old feet. I went to Walmart to get some air freshener. The towels still had hair of someone else not mine. The blinds were broken so the sunlight was coming straight in my room so I had to put two towels to block the light from coming in. The blinds were so dirty also. I would rather go to an Air Bnb then come there again.

The smell was horrible! It was between pet and grease. A lot people gathering late at night in lobby. Unit was apparently lived in at one point. One bed had all types of hair on the sheets. Greasy and dirty walls. Never again!

This is a hotel for roaches not human beings. Very unsanitary and staff had an attitude problem. Why would you sell rooms when you have a bug problem in every room? All I got was a blank look and "I'm sorry" for my troubles. Just want my money back and I will never go there again.

This hotel/extended stay is horrible. I rate them 1! The staff is unprofessional. They nickel and dime you for everything. They charge $1 for toilet paper. Linen can only be replaced every Mon, Wed and Fri and only at certain times. They do not have dishes or utensils in the rooms. You have to purchase dishes for $30. No one is available after hours. There is a linen fee. I will never stay here or recommend this extended stay.

Staff was unprofessional. You had to pay $1 for toilet tissue. No dishes or utensils were available. You had to pay $30 for dishes. Rooms only cleaned once every two weeks. Linen not available daily. Halls wreaked of dogs.. children playing in lobby. Just overall horrible stay! Would not recommend!

HORRIBLE PLACE

HORRIBLE!! THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE!!! NEVER STAY HERE!! The place is a low 2 star, at best. Dirty, full of nasty people, halls were dirty, elevator dirty, outside dirty, staff tried to charge me for towels because it was after 5, and they don't enforce any rules. Place was loud, kids screaming and running through hallways. I wouldn't stay there again for free. The bed was lumpy, covers were old, the heater made the room smell even worse when it came in. SHEW, glad to be gone and NEVER again.
