Check in was quick and easy, everything worked and was clean. Slight smell in the hotel but the room was fine, didn’t bother us on our stay. Had breakfast ready in the morning but we didn’t have time to eat although it smelled good. Overall good experience, had bad times at other unaffiliated hotels so we did inspect the room quite a bit. For the price and location (we stayed for carowinds) you can’t really beat it. PS there’s a Mexican restaurant next door, which is nice for a meal and overconsumption of adult beverages being as you wouldn’t need to drive or get an uber ;)

The room was adequate with a great shower... good water pressure! The a/c cutting off and on was loud and annoying. The hair dryer did not work correctly and soap/shampoo was quite small.

The jacuzzi tub in the room was great but there was $100 "refundable deposit" I had to pay once I got there but was never told when it would be released back. There was no warning about it from the business ahead of time.

Dont bother with breakfast

Location was good. Room was clean and fairly comfortable. Customer service was lacking in the friendliness department. My one big complaint tho was breakfast. The biscuits were so hard we couldnt break them open to eat. Couldnt cut them with a knife or even stab them with a fork. It was laughable. The eggs were definitely powdered eggs, but of the absolute worst kind and even the cereal was off brand cereal. We threw everything away and went somewhere for breakfast. We arent even food snobs. Ive eaten mediocre food before but this stuff (especially the biscuits) was inedible.
