Hotel was pretty nice. Staff that checked us in, made us feel welcome after a busy volleyball tournament. Room was clean, and looked the same as advertised. Water pressure was a little weak, but didn’t ruin our stay. Thanks for the hospitality!

The hotel was clean. No issues with the property itself. The only issue was with the older black woman with short hair at the front desk. She was not friendly at all. She was condescending, and attempted to overtalk me when I asked questions of the young man employee who was actually helping me. She wouldn't give him time to answer my questions before she interrupted him.

Room was missing a couple of things but the staff was quick to supply. Paid extra ($40.00) to check in early at 11:00 and paid extra ($45.00) to check out late at 3:00. House services were knocking on the door at 10:30 am, (4 1/2 hours before we were to check out).

We were sent up the road to a holiday inn Express at 1100 at night because this hotel was overbook, holiday inn exp is a decent hotel, however, I would not have book that hotel for a four night stay. Was not comparable to what I booked. Understandable if this was a one off. The next night back at the Marriott, tried to check in for the remaining three nights but was told they were still over sold. Tried to send us to another hotel but we just stayed with local family. We were also told how this was Expedias fault and somehow my fault. All my years of traveling this has never happened. Horrible experience with this particular hotel and zero follow up with Expedia.

Booked a room for 4 nights paid for completely in advance got there a day late and they cancelled my reservation. Basically told me I could rebook and pay again. Luckily I booked with Expedia so they refunded my payment minus the one night I wasn’t there. Hotel could not even honor my original booking rate. They wanted to get more than double for the booking. If the booking is paid for in advance what’s the difference when you show up. I will never stay at this hotel again and the company I work for did a lot of business with them I will advise differently.
