Bathrooms with corrosion in the bathtub, the shower curtains are not changed, they had hands with dirt stuck to them, they give you the rooms uncleaned and the staff tells you that if it is not clean, tell the housekeeper to clean it as if it were your work, Note: They don't have enough employees and another Note: The manager is the one who makes breakfast.
I liked the big aquarium in the lobby and the breakfast tacos.
Was unable to go due to major storm. Office Personnal were not friendly nor helpful and was not flying English talked to 3 clerks
Pros. Definitely clean, beds were comfortable, complementary breakfast was good, staff was really friendly.. Cons..... Small pool (though pretty), little bit of mold above the shower area (though I think all the places down there battle this due to the heat and humidity) I would definitely recommend unless a bigger pool area is really important.
Will continue to stay at any Best Western Hotels for the comfort and hospitality

The hotel was new but the quality was below average. The room was not ready at 4pm when I arrived, and the breakfast the next morning was poor.
When we first arrived the room was still getting cleaned but once we finally got settled everything was nice and clean. Very comfortable.
