Overall the place was nice but had some concerns. Need to put some form of tape or decals on sliding glass door otherwise someone could walk through it as our granddaughter almost did…thankfully door did not shatter! Also, 10 am checkout is absurd when check-in is at 4 pm. Especially given they want place cleaned up and dishes done.

Great time.

Loved the area. We only had 2 little issues really. The master bedroom has a bay window that opens up to living room. We felt like the temperature of the room was altered because of that and our privacy was reduced due to that as well. Which we understand is as a design issue. The ceiling fan above the dining table was either all on/including the lights or all off. No biggie..

My family and I had a mini vacation here and loved everything about it! This place was clean, stocked, and close to the beach. AC worked great against TX heat, the pool was nice and spacious and overall just relaxing. Our unit had such a beautiful view and access to the water for fishing. We will definitely be returning every time we come to the coast.

We had an amazing stay! The only thing I was a little disappointed in was that we did not have the upstairs, outdoor patio that is pictured in the listing. Other than that, we had a great time. We'd definitely book again!

Room was clean as was property. AC struggled to cool the room. We came for the location and also to fish, discouraging to see a good portion of the fishing locations are marked as private. Office closed on weekends in unacceptable.

The villa was very nice and clean, but in the reservation it says that it included housekeeping and does not include, they only change the towels if you let them know but from Monday to Friday, and in our case that we came for the weekend we could not get clean towels, besides the apartment is quite hot, they should improve the AC because we had to ask them to come and check it and will leave us fans to refresh

The unit was clean and comfortable the only issue was that the upstairs was very warm and when we turned it down to cool the 2nd and 3rd floor and yet somehow the ac thermostat kept going up to 74° allowing the upper floor to warm. Other than that we enjoyed our trip and will definitely be back

We visit the island several times a year and this was our first time staying at Puente Vista. The townhome was nice but the AC had some trouble keeping up as it is a multi story (3), and the master suite on 3rd floor never did get very cool. An extra fan in the room would have been nice. The unit had carpeted stairs and bedrooms, which were unimpressive to say the least. There were lots of grass burrs in the carpet so going barefoot was not a good idea. Other than needing a bit of updating, it was well worth the money. We loved the location and will definitely book there again.

Overall nice. Two flights of stairs which was a little hard on my mom. Nice view. Not too far from beach just a few miles. Not much in this part of town but quiet. Issue with toilets clogging which they never fixed even after calling twice but otherwise great.

Beautiful but HOT

Property was BEAUTIFUL but... It's an older property so the most important aspect for Texas weather didn't work properly: THE AC. If you choose to stay here bring extra fans or you will be uncomfortable.
