Good stay on Padre Island.

Nice, spacious place to stay in convenient location in quiet area. Pool was lovely. Property could do with some renovation (especially the outside woodwork) but was very comfortable and well appointed. Docs Steak and Seafood (just a very short drive away) was absolutely excellent with great food and service.

Overall the place was nice but had some concerns. Need to put some form of tape or decals on sliding glass door otherwise someone could walk through it as our granddaughter almost did…thankfully door did not shatter! Also, 10 am checkout is absurd when check-in is at 4 pm. Especially given they want place cleaned up and dishes done.

Great experience!

We loved our stay at this resort! The AC worked perfectly and kept the unit cool despite the warm outdoor temperatures. The view was stunning, and the unit had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. I also appreciated having a vacuum in the closet—it came in handy after our beach days when sand made its way inside. The price was very reasonable, and we truly felt like we were at a home away from home. We’ll definitely stay here again for future trips to Corpus Christi!

Great stay!

Great stay. Nearby convenient stores such gas stations, grocery stores etc. Near the beach, plenty of activities to do and restaurants to go to. The townhome has a view of the water with a dock to fish. It was clean and spacious and we would definitely stay again.

Great time.

Loved the area. We only had 2 little issues really. The master bedroom has a bay window that opens up to living room. We felt like the temperature of the room was altered because of that and our privacy was reduced due to that as well. Which we understand is as a design issue. The ceiling fan above the dining table was either all on/including the lights or all off. No biggie..

My family and I had a mini vacation here and loved everything about it! This place was clean, stocked, and close to the beach. AC worked great against TX heat, the pool was nice and spacious and overall just relaxing. Our unit had such a beautiful view and access to the water for fishing. We will definitely be returning every time we come to the coast.

We had an amazing stay! The only thing I was a little disappointed in was that we did not have the upstairs, outdoor patio that is pictured in the listing. Other than that, we had a great time. We'd definitely book again!

The villa was very nice and clean, but in the reservation it says that it included housekeeping and does not include, they only change the towels if you let them know but from Monday to Friday, and in our case that we came for the weekend we could not get clean towels, besides the apartment is quite hot, they should improve the AC because we had to ask them to come and check it and will leave us fans to refresh
