Kayak in the man-made canal right from the backyard of this beautiful home (we have a kayak out back for you to use)! This home features stunning natural lighting, huge 6 bedrooms and 3 full baths! Equipped with bar tops, a hot tub, seating area, tables, TV's and more, it is situated right on a man made canal (kayaks and life vests included! just go walk down the stairs in the back!)

Cookware, utensils, plates, pots/pans, and some basic seasonings all provided during your stay. Towels & bed sheets are washed each check-out so you can have peace of mind when traveling. This home also has upgraded fast WiFi for multiple devices.

I am not in the area so will not be available in person throughout your stay, but if you need anything to make your stay more comfortable I am just a call/text away! Local contacts such as handyman, cleaners, etc on speed dial should you need any assistance!

Quiet hours run from 9pm-9am out of respect for our neighbors.

Great potential, but VERY poorly maintaned.

My family of 16 (including myself) stayed at this house for 2 weeks. The house is big, with enough rooms for everybody, the patio is huge and the Jacuzzi is nice. Unfortunately we didn't encounter the house as it is described in the post. It didn't have enough cutlery, cups, blankets, hand towels or bath towels for 16 people (we had to manage for three days with disposable until the owner sent some). The house was very poorly maintained and the kitchen cupboards were dirty and sticky; there were even ants in one of them. Many of the window blinds on the main floor were broken and dusty. Both gas tanks (for BBQ and fire pit) were empty. Half of the tv's didn't work or simply didn't have any signal. But these are probably the more concerning issues: Most mattresses were in a very poor condition. One of them had a huge rip, another one a blood stain, another one a bunch of pee stains. And one bed had bed bugs! After all the bites, 4 people had to end up sharing the two twin beds in one room. There is also a bunch of minor details that need to be addressed with this place (for example clean all the beer and liquor bottles at the back of the house, fix the garage door, etc.) This house has great potential to be the paradise it is described to be, but as of today, this house needs a deep clean and a ton of TLC.

Spacious outdoors!

We had 14 adults and 2 little girls and this house had the perfect location, spacious beautiful outdoors. We came from Chicago, my family from Brasil and we had a wonderful time. Calvin resolves all the minor details even being far away. He lowered the thermostat and got us extra new pillows and towels. Highly recommended.
