Cozy and beautiful view

A very well equipped, tiny home and a beautiful river front view. It is not walkable to anything, but it is certainly centrally located. The staff were super responsive and the extra touches like the bottle of wine, the chocolate, and the coffee and waters were certainly beautifully gracious. The on-site caretaker was very welcoming, and I felt safe traveling by myself. It would be a great spot to bring a croquet set and enjoy a game on the lawn. The little Putting green was fun and the fire pit would be great with a group. The beautiful right sided window view at sunset in the bedroom is a spectacular way to go to sleep and wake up. I’ll be back. My dog Elvis enjoyed sitting outside on the deck chair looking at the wild life. It’s windy so bring a light coat.

STUNNING PROPERTY, but zero communication

I planned a nice, quiet, romantic getaway along the river for hubby and I. The place is absolutely gorgeous! It was clean (except for webs in the corners and dead flies in the window sill). We were completely happy with everything. It was neat and either very well kept or brand new…including the carpet. The carpet on the stairs was pretty slippery. My husband slipped the first morning we were there. I slipped the second morning, but I broke my toe.I communicated via the app as instructed to, first, inform them of the need for a first aid kit earlier that day, and then to share that if fallen and I believe I broke my toe. I still have never received a response. Other than that, we had an amazing time.

River veiw tiny home

Everything was excellent. If I had to complain about anything, it is that Rio Vista is a little too windy for my liking. But it didnt stop us from doing anything and it wont stop us from coming back. The complimentary bottle of wine was a nice touch.

Beautiful & Peacefull Getaway

This litlle cottage was the perfect spot for my bestie & I to have a girls weekend. Private, quiet and beautiful views. We enjoyed watching the boats go by, watching the birds, sitting by the campfire and exploring the area.

A Wonderful 4th Of July

We had a wonderful 4th of July. Out away from fireworks. We loved our stay. It is everything they say it is! We will be back! We did try fishing from the bank we didn’t catch anything but snagged a lot but had a blast still. It was so nice being out and away from everyone. We only left twice our whole stay because I I forgot a few things other than that they have everything you need. Thank you for all the goodie’s! And Craig was helpful! Can’t wait for our next stay!

We came down from Canby, OR. to visit our son & his little family. My wife and I LOVED this place. Right on the river with a cool breeze all the time. The view from our wonderful covered deck was very enjoyable with plenty of seating. Inside was perfect. We had plenty of room. Everything you could possibly need, was there. Even treats. The kitchen was big enough to make meals. Tastefully decorated throughout. We didn't need the loft space, but it would have been perfect for another adult or a few kids. We come to see our son a few times a year and we will be booking this place from now on. We highly recommend it to anyone. You will not be disappointed. Gene and Brenda
