Uncomfortable bed, slippery tub with no rubber mat.
Nice staff, always helpful. It could have been a bit cleaner, but was by no means dirty. Breakfast area was well maintained and stocked. Tv had lots of channels. Pool needs some renovations soon.
Location was ok, rooms were clean, breakfast was good. Room was the most expensive I had for the week I was traveling and I had a different room every night from Lake Tahoe, to several places in Oregon to California. What I did not like was that I could hear everything from the rooms next door. The walls were very thin. I heard the guy next door snoring at 4am, then I heard both people taking a shower and I heard when they opened the closet door. On the other side of me I heard the couple talking and laughing until at least midnight then again when they got up at 5am.
Very clean and spacious room with friendly personal, cleaning and desk. Could have used a more visual hotel sign out by the main road though. Older building but nicely refurbished.

Staff was very accommodating the day we were there. We needed early check in for grand babies to get a nap prior to a wedding. They made that happen with smiles on their faces!
We enjoyed the comfortable room which was clean and had a great air conditioner which worked awesome! We would definitely stay there again if we were going to Brentwood again. The staff was very helpful and went out of their way to help with directions to a tire place which was open on Sundays.(we had a need for a new tire while on our trip). The breakfast room was well stocked with just about anything we could have wanted! Overall the staff at the Brentwood Inn was great!
The bath tub is clog. When I took shower the water won't drain.

I'm pretty loyal to Holiday Inns but the past couple of times I've stayed in one of their rooms, I was disappointed. The drapes in my room this time could not even close. They were stained and had holes in them. The bathroom wallpaper looked pretty bad, someone did a horrible caulking / patch job. The walls were paper thin, I could here an entire conversation word for word in the room next door. Overall, the staff was decent but the room was a wreck. I would not stay at this hotel again.

I specifically asked for a sofabed in the room just like it was advertised for standard rooms, but they said they don't have any room with sofabed.
We had a wedding to attend in Discovery Bay and this hotel was in a great location. The room was clean and of average size. The breakfast was great! I'd recommend this hotel.

We had an enjoyable stay at this facility. The staff was extremely friendly and the room was clean and neat. The location is not as convenient because it's on the edge of town and not really in walking distance of the downtown area. I would recommend this hotel for your future stay in Brentwood.
The room had all the amenities you would want: a coffee maker, small fridge, a microwave and flat screen TV, WiFi etc. The sheets on the bed had been roughed up and were therefore uncomfortable to sleep on, but we were only there one night. The room was clean. It would be nice if this hotel had a jacuzzi as well as a pool. The outdoor pool didn't look very inviting. The location is okay, but Brentwood itself is hard to navigate. Too much construction and road names have been changed so forget trying to get around with your navigational system. That isn't the fault of the hotel though. The continental breakfast could have been a bit better. The waffles were toaster waffles and the fruit selection was very limited. Otherwise the experience was good.
