Ficamos na suite 17 eu e meu esposo Erik, é bem corrido pra quantidade de funcionárias,mas enfim ao subi já pedi balde e rodo pq com vento vai ter areia de todo jeito, chuveiro cai pouca água acredito que seja falta de manutenção e ducha higiênica está com vazamento fora isso tranquilo.Eu limpava a todo momento pq a cada saída era areia no sapato....So deviam fazer convênio com os caras que faz travessia da ilha pra cidade pq turista paga o dobro,injusto vc sair 3 x ao dia como saímos e pagar 3$ por pessoa cada travessia.Mas tenho interesse em voltar sim.Lugar tranquilo.

A ilha da Gigoia é um lugar incrível, a proposta era exatamente a experiencia q queriamos, uma alternativa, num lugar simples, sem luxo, apesar de alguns restaurantes bem sofisticado, que adoramos, mas a pousada ficou a desejar, a estrutura do anexo muito boa, mas só, o quarto estava limpinho, mas o servico prestado bem complicado, coberta de cama , com aparencia surrada e manchada, muito barulho, p dormir era complicado. O atendimento inicial tambem foi chato, apesar da recepcionista bem simpatica, tentou resolver as questoes de quarto, pois estava confuso, nao tinha maquina p cartão, fui obrigado a fazer pix, e na hora fui informado q não tinha cafe da manhã, algo qestava contratado, o responsavel disse ser um proplema operacional da plataforma de reserva, mas me fez gastar um dinheiro fora do orçamento. Apesar de ter sido reembolsado neste quisito, me senti lesado, tendo em vista o principal motivo de fazer reserva nesta Pousada. A localização é otima, o colchão bem ruim, e nao tinha comunicação com asede, pois não tinha telefone no quarto. Enfim, apesar da proposta ser simplista, o minimo é necessario e fundamental para se ter uma boa experiencia e voltar , quem sabe. Pretendo voltar a Ilha da Gigoia, quem sabe algumas questoes tenham mudado, pois aquele lugar é muito show.

Fiquei na suíte de uma casa anexa, bem agradável, silenciosa, clara, vista para a Pedra da Gávea. O pessoal foi muito atencioso e prestativo. O wifi da pousada estava instável, mas como eu estava a passeio não me causou tanto problema. Tanto a pousada principal como sua casa anexa são muito bem localizadas, na entrada principal da ilha, e com comércio bem perto. Voltaria com certeza!

Falta um pouquinho de ajuste para ser nota cem

A Ilha é maravilhosa, o acesso de da através de barcos de menos de 1 minuto custa 2 reais, s pousada tem uma estrutura física excelente, não gostamos muito da limpeza , falta faxina nos banheiros (muito limo nos azulejos) e as roupas de cama e banho também precisam ser mais lavadas. Outra coisa que nos incomodou no anexo 2 é que é barulho a noite toda , pois em frente tem um mercado 24 horas e as pessoas param para beber, conversar e rir a noite inteira , seria fácil tentar resolver com cartazes de conscientização no mercado e dentro das pousadas, pois os hóspedes chegam fazendo barulho durante a madrugada sem se preocupar com quem está dormindo . No mais tudo é excelente...
