Our stay was truly pleasant. The staff is absolutely amazing, kind, attentive, and incredibly quick to resolve any issue that comes up. The bellhop team, in particular, is the best, so friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist with a smile. The location is unbeatable, with everything you need just a short walk away. Breakfast was limiteda nd commonly items were 'finished' before the end of the breakfast service. Nutritionaly very bad, all sweet stuff, I had to buy seperate breakfast. Lots around the hotel tired if not broken and seemingly no effort or concern to put them right. The room smelt of damp and looked very tired. Towels were small and threadbear. The wifi was absolutely dire and had to get onto. The cost was very high and I think this refelects the location on the beachfront of the Copacobana that said it is advertised as a four star and I would say it would barely rate as a three star compared to hotels I have used previously.
