Recepção organizada, check-in eficiente, estacionamento gratuito, boa infraestrutura. Quarto limpo, porém precisando de alguns reparos, como o suporte para toalha de rosto. Armário com sinais de desgaste. Café da manhã bem servido, com itens variados. Vantagem em comparação ao concorrente em frente: estacionamento e quartos maiores, que comportam mais pessoas.

Tempo de qualidade.

Quarto limpo, boa estrutura, café da manhã gostoso, mas o principal é a equipe do hotel , muito agradável, querida e prestativa. O hotel tem um ar familiar e sentimo-nos seguros e à vontade. A cidade é receptiva com vários serviços ao redor do hotel, comida, postos, farmácia e mercado.

Excelente atendimento, infraestrutura não boa

Muito bom atendimento e bom café. O primeiro quarto tinha um péssimo cheiro de lixo que vinha do banheiro. Me trocaram de quarto, com prontidão, atenção e cuidado. O quarto novo estava com bom cheiro e limpeza geral muito boa, mas com instalações improvisadas, lençol único e furado junto ao colchão, sem forro de colchão, sujeira na porta do armário e sem local para pendurar todas as toalhas.

Bom quarto, boa limpeza, café da manhã razoável

Quarto amplo, com mini-cozinha e cama confortável. Fiquei no 8° andar onde há acesso via escadas para a área da piscina. Talvez por esse motivo, as portas corta-fogo ficam abertas o que compremete a segurança em caso de incêndio. O sinal de internet é muito ruim. O café da manhã é servido num restaurante no térreo. A comida servida no café é razoável. A manteiga, que por sinal é muito ruim, não vem em embalagem individual, todo mundo pega com uma faca o que na minha opnião não é nada higiênico principalmente em tempos de COVID e surto de gripe. Aliás, praticamente não há controle de protocolos sanitários da COVID no restaurante. Eles disponibilizam álcool e luvas descartáveis num lugar não muito visível. Apesar disso não há fiscalização quanto ao uso de máscara, luva e álcool. Uma pessoa entrou e se serviu sem máscara. Outros 3 entraram com máscara e se serviram com ela no rosto na primeira vez. Só que quando foram repetir não usaram. O mesmo se aplica ao uso das luvas.

Bonita vista da cidade

Apart hotel espaçoso, com cozinha americana, todos utensílios para refeição (pratos e talheres )banheiro pequeno, quarto grande, uma varandinha e uma janela com vista para cidade, pontos a melhorar as condições do móvel do banheiro que estava um pouco deteriorado e do armário de roupas, bastante deteriorando na base, precisa melhorar o esquema do café da manhã pois precisa ir na recepção para pegar o voucher para tomar o café, café continental precisa dar uma atenção aos frios que ficam expostos sem refrigeração e não fornecem mini embalagem de manteiga para levar para mesa, ou seja só tem uma mantegueira e você tem que passar manteiga no balcão mesmo, fora isso os funcionários são gentis e recomendo a estadia.
