Hotel De Londres4.0 out of 5.0

Some hotels maintain a sort of "old world" hospitality that I love. Hotel de Londres met my expectations in all ways. There was a friendliness of staff and ease of check-in. Our room was spotless and beyond comfortable. The breakfast was beautifully laid out with a variety of food items. We thought the price was right for our needs and what the hotel offered. The location was as close to the beach as you could get in the area. The area around the hotel had many restaurants, shopping areas, and nice for walking. The bus stopped right outside the hotel. Every dealing I had with this hotel was met with helpfulness and frankly, good manners. Would stay again.
Stayed here for 3 nights. Perfect location right near the beach. Plenty of bars and restaurants near by. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms are nice and big. Very clean. Breakfast was included with a large selection to cater for everyone. I used the Spa once and again it was spot on with great views of the Adriatic Sea. Would defo stay again.
Third time I stay there and yes I like it. Family atmosphere in a pleasant and clean environment. Staff is friendly and attentive and always looking to help. Bar needs improvement in atmosphere but they make available food and snacks.
Once again we were two couples from Canada on this trip. Stayed at this hotel for two nights. Used Hotel de Londres as a home base to visit San Moreno & San Leo. Pros: - luxurious and immaculate rooms (lots of creature comforts). - very attentive staff - 2 minute walk to water front - street located on has many options for meals (would highly recommend the Rossopomodoro Restaurant (left out of the hotel and a 10 - 15 minute walk. - many "Mini Marts" to buy in room refreshments). Cons: - limited free hotel parking (6-8 spots)
Had a lovely stay here. The staff were very friendly, the room was clean, superb breakfast. The rooftop pool/hot tub was fabulous with great views. Loved the outdoor area outside the bar and the canapés that were served early evening was a lovely touch. Great location. Would visit again.
Nice hotel, good breakfast. Very nice beds and room with nice balcony. Near the beach. We liked the hotel and enjoyed our stay. It is traditional (English style) in furnishing. For the most part that is ok, but breakfast room could benefit from an update. Reception service is good, apart from one moody receptionist. We paid 525 for 3 nights mid september. Website advertises photo's from a pool, but that is part of the spa and is not included (15 pp per visit).
Stayed here for the Misano MotoGP - what a great choice ! Such a characterful hotel in a great location with a fantastic warm welcome from Reception on our arrival. The Reception team answered many questions promptly by email prior to our visit (mainly MotoGP related) and many more after we arrived ! We left for the MotoGP qualifying early morning Saturday and the team made us a lovely breakfast to take with us. On Sunday for race day the team had opened for breakfast earlier than normal and laid on a full breakfast for early starter race goers - what a lovely surprise as breakfast is gorgeous. Our room was on the second floor with balcony/sea view and one of the most comfortable hotel beds we have ever slept in - lovely decor. The seating area outside is a small palm tree lined oasis with ambient lighting and relaxed seating perfect for chilling after a day of madness at the Misano MotoGP. We can't thank the team enough as they really made our holiday perfect - every team member we met were both helpful and happy at all times. This hotel is a great find and we will definitely be back.
We choose to stay here after reading reports from Tripadvisor. We were not disappointed. We had a lovely ocean view room looking over the millions of umbrellas on the beach. The hotel staff are very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was lovely with a good choice of hot and cold. My favourite thing about the hotel was their 'snackie' time between 7-8pm. They supply a yummy selection of snacks to encourage you to stay and have a few drinks at the bar. (Which we did). It was a bit sad seeing the same people turn up just to eat and then move on once they had their fill. But beside that it is a lovely hotel and I would recommend it to anyone. It is only 1min to the beach and you are in the centre of a lovely group of restaurants and shops.(There is no restaurant on the premise) We were also pleased to see that there were markets set up just outside the hotel, quite a few nights during our stay. Bonus!!!
Nice atmosphere, Boutique hotel, nearest beach and sea. Helpful reception, autoparking, soft breakfast. Rates is suitable and hotel is at the centre. Thank you very much. İf you visit Rimini for the business , this hotel comfortable for you.
Smaller than most nearby hotels, lovely staff who are friendly and very helpful. We had a room overlooking the beach which I think is preferable in summer but the soundproofing is excellent and a good sleep was not a problem. Breakfast is a joy, a huge selection of all sorts, served by a couple of smiling and very effecient ladies. In the evenings, there are free nibbles on the front terrace to be enjoyed with a drink from the bar. Now for the confusion.....we upgraded our room to a higher specification which when queried was apparently the reason we didn't have tea and coffee making facilities in our room. Tea and coffee was available in lower cost option but not in ours....this was the official explanation. We could go down 3 floors and order a free coffee from the bar and bring it back to our room if we wanted. Our visit did not include use of the rooftop pool / sun deck as we never gmanaged to get there when it was free, and as a previous reviewer said, it is tiny....not really space for more than one couple or 4 close friends. We opted for the beach option which I would avoid in future as the beach staff seem to put people from the hotel in remote spaces explaining they are full (until you offer cash for an 'upgrade' which seems to make much better spaces become available). All things considered, this is a very good hotel with excellent staff in a good location, they just need to sort out a few niggles to get the full 5 stars from us.
