Pessima esperienza dovuta alla scarsa pulizia

Le pulizie erano fatte molto male. Appena arrivati abbiamo dovuto cambiare camera perchè la doccia era sporca incostrata. Siamo passati da una stanza economy alla migliore tipologia (pagando anche un extra) ma le condizioni erano poco più che accettabili. Le pulizie venivano fatte molto male (alcuni giorni veniveano solo tirate le lenzuola e trovavamo i pavimenti sporchi) e dovevamo chiedere sempre gli asciugamani perchè venivano tolti quelli sporchi e non messi quelli puliti. L'unica cosa positiva è la posizione che è a pochi minuti a piedi dal mare

esperienza negativa

scappate se potete. ho prenotato una tripla 2adulti+1bambino ma arrivati in loco la signora ha iniziato con delle scuse assurde a dire che la tripla aveva un problema e che non era disponibile, poteva offrirmi una doppia allo stesso prezzo! al che ho chiesto lo scoto che nel caso mi sarebbe stato concesso per soli 12€, ovviamente non ho accettato al che mi è stato detto che potevo tranquillamente annullare la prenotazione e andare via!! professionalità zero. Ma così ho fatto. E penso anche di aver fatto bene visto che già la hall era sporchissima e con puzza di fogne e il bagno di servizio dove mio figlio è andato era peggio di un servizio dell'autogrill(con tutto il rispetto dei servizi degli autogrill). lo sconsiglio a tutti anche e soprattutto per la poca serietà e professionalità della signora.
