A very nice hotel near the seaside of Rimini. Very good and beautiful building appreciate for accommodation all year time. The hotel has also very nice cuisine. Is a good choice for visitors of Rimini Fiera.
A hotel on the first line near the sea, nice sea view. On the other hand, it s quite old and needs a furniture and interior renovation. As a minus - to noisy and very slow wi-if. In general must be not bad for summer time.
Can't really fault this hotel. Staff were friendly, rooms were decent, bathrooms were good. One slight improvement could be an extra elevator we were on the top floor and often waited quite a while. Breakfast was ok with a decent selection. The beach is clean and the see is warm. Recommend imperial beach.
Hey. We stayed at this hotel from 08.08.2016 till 165.08.2016. We got a room that not worth the money..i can say it look like a two stars hotel room. The bath there was soo little that a fat person can't fit in. In the second day of our seat, we received only cold water at the shower and they have not announced this problem (I called at the reception and they said no "sorry" about this problem). If you don't have all inclusive, you receive water at price of 4 euro a bottle..even if you payd for lunch. They only beheave well with italian people. Every morning they bring cookies for 'colazione' but poor american breakfast for the rest (only eggs, two kinds of ham and two kinds of cheese - that's all). This hotel is too expensive for the services they offer. By the way, they don't tell you that you must pay the water...till the end. Nothing good about it. In the penultimate day they moved us in other room...and the reason for making this was a lie..they had other guests to put there from that day. It sucks!
Hotel is reasonably priced & needs some serious TLC no way this is a 4 star hotel, maybe it was a few years ago. Breakfast is more sweet stuff than actual breakfast food. On the main street with lots of dining options, bars & gelato outlets. Get on the mini train from Sarah Hotel to tour a few spots only takes an hour or so.
We stayed in this hotel from 11 to 21 August. My problem with the management regarding payment still ongoing- hotel blocked 530 euros on 7 th August (my card was indicated at time of booking) and at the check in my husband paid all sum by his card. You would think, that the pre booking advance payment is unblocked quickly? Not at all! despite multiple complaints and even contacting Booking.com the issue is still there- the money is blocked and not clear on what grounds. It is very disappointing and annoying, that after all these weeks they are unable to resolve such a simple issue. In general hotel is furnished with old furniture, old carpets on the floors, though the cleanness is good and the staff is very friendly. The comfort is that the hotel is right on the beach, the sea wasn't so clean, but was warm enough to swim at 10 am. Would I come again? No. Do I suggest to visit and stay? Probably you can try. Make sure they don't block you money as happened to me.
The hotel is located right at the beach and this is the biggest advantage of it. The beach is great, sandy and the sea is super warm and shallow which is good if you travel with kids. Disadvantages though are an uncomfortable bed (which was fixed right after I spoke to the room service) and noise in the evenings because we didn't manage to close the window in our bathroom. In general I wouldn't give more than three stars to the hotel.
We've stayed in this hotel for 3 days, yes it has cheap furniture, old flooring, not always perfectly opening windows, but it's sooo cheap, surprisingly good looking bathrom, and it has own beach, good breakfast, I could't be more happy!
Very disappointed went for a beach holiday, hotel not really 4 star average.we couldn't swim in the sea was so dirty the smell of sewage was awful, they have a big problem would not recommend if you enjoy swimming,
First of all please note that this hotel is actually in Rivabella, over the river from Rimini itself. Don't let put you off though, Rivabella is lovely and the centre is an enjoyable walk away, 30 mins at a hike or 45 if you take your time, or you can get one of the frequent and cheap (but busy) buses from the main street which is just a 5 minute walk away. As for the hotel itself, it's a nice size, very spacious & bright with good size rooms. It's not too big though so you probably won't find yourself struggling for a seat at breakfast or meal time. The buffet breakfasts are great, plenty to chose from. As expected the continental breakfast choice is great but if you're not adventurous you can stick to fruits & cereals or even go full English. We went B&B so didn't eat there in the evenings but there are plenty of good places to eat nearby. The room was clean with a good sized bathroom and a side view balcony giving us views of the beach and the sea to one side, and the hills around San Marino to the other. Also visible from (and in earshot of) our balcony was a real hidden gem called "Bar Bob & Bea" hosted by the superb Bob, Bruno & Paolo. These guys are incredibly welcoming as are all the locals, you will be well looked after here. Bob speaks about 8 languages including perfect English. Bruno & Paolo also speak English and while Bruno is a cocktail king Paolo looks after the oven and makes fantastic pizzas. The hotel has a small patio to the back which leads straight onto the beach, but they do not own the beach space. You will have to pay the local attendant to hire the sunbeds but it's well worth it as the area is well kept and you can also feel safe if you want to leave your stuff and go for a dip or an ice cream. Despite what the locals say, even at the end of April/start of May the sea water was warm enough for a swim. Obviously it must get much warmer (and busier) in the summer months but May was a great time to visit, as was October (this was our 2nd visit to the area)
