Our flat is quite spacious 65 m2 (700 sq ft) and fully equipped — 1 bedroom (with mini office with desk and LAN connection), 1 living room, kitchen, bathroom.

We decided to rent out our place on Airbnb after we finished the renovation/ decoration works. So everything in the apartment is done or bought for us to live, nothing in there is cheap/ low quality for letting.

The loft interior design is unique with a lot of attention to details. Original features, antique and stylized modern elements and furniture have been fused — hipster chic and sustainability meet in this apt.

The building itself is example of ascetic soviet architecture which brings you back to Soviet Union in 1963 — the year the building was built for KGB tech department employees. The public staircase of the building hasn't been renovated yet, which looks a bit grey and gloomy. This may be an interesting experience which gives you an opportunity to feel what life in USSR was like. But it's completely different world once you are inside the flat.
