The Mage were very pleasant and efficient and hard workers. Front desk personnel Rome Show very pleasant anxious to help. The shuttle bus drivers were exceptionally kind. Our four day stay was extremely comfortable and the complimentary breakfast had a nice selection of fruits and hot food.

Ice machine on every other floor (not good) Bathroom was updated with large shower

Hotel was under contruction. I was called in my room at 1am to move my car since they thought it wasn’t in a spot (it was). I moved it but the car in front of me never did. No towels in the room and shuttle service was not working. Horrible stay

Dylan is very helpful- the other front desk staff not so much

The first disappointment was the charged you like $12 day for parking never seen a hotel do that. Then the hotel was doing construction which would its own inconvenience at its own. Come back from working all day and they are still cutting and beating on walls after 6pm. My bath tub wouldn't drain right and had standing water with in a 10 min shower. Sorry to say but I wouldn't recommend any to say here.

Hotel under renovation, did not inform me of that.

Room was comfortable. But got woken up by false fire alarm in middle of night.

Nice staff, good conditions, good breakfast (though no waffle machine..)

Arrived in the evening with late check-in, and front desk person was helpful. Got a very nice suite-like room with a jacuzzi, but it was in the living room. And the full-length mirror was missing. The air conditioners were working all night, and that was a bit loud - wish I’d brought my earplugs! Otherwise, continental breakfast was decent and staff was VERY friendly.

The carpet was so stained and filthy, I would not walk on it barefooted. The upholstered chair did not look clean. The bathroom sink and toilet and the rest of the room was clean. The bathroom door wouldn't stay open so we used a chair to prop it open to let the steam out. The shower curtain rod was not level, so the whole thing slid to the middle unless you hooked the ring over a screw on the rod. Most of the hot breakfast choices were so unappetizing to look at, I was afraid to try them.

Good location near all downtown attractions and restaurants. Have stayed here multiple times due to closeness to the capital Bicycle Trail. This last stay really noticed that the facility is in need of upgrading.

Friendly, efficient staff and a good, inexpensive location for our brief stay in Richmond.

We got in late and had to switch hotels at the last minute. We bought on Otbitz but when we got there she said it was all sold out. After careful looking the front desk got us a room. She was amazing! The hotel was awesome! We had to walk a little bit to get to downtown Richmond but had fun in the short time we were there. It was best prices at the last minute. Thanks to Judy!!!!

Good food. Nice people. Liked the security. They paid for a taxi to get us to the conventio n

Overall, good visit. Staff was friendly. Only complaints were the walls were either very thin or the person in the next room was extremely loud. I had to listen to what she was watching on tv all night then the next morning she was on the phone at 6:30am and I got to experience that whole conversation. The breakfast was ok.

Was awakened at 4:00 am by people talking in the next room. Called the front desk four times over an hour before anyone answered the phone. Lousy night's rest

Nice mid-range hotel in downtown Richmond. Short walk from VCU, state capitol and other must see attractions.

It is a nice hotel and not too far from the race track. Location isn't great. Downtown with not a lot around.

Perfect central location. Nice helpful staff and clean rooms.
