Great location to VCU campus. We were not there much so it was a perfect place to crash. For those who have sensory issues, it is an older building without insulation. Bring earplugs if you are sensitive to noise. This is definitely a great option if you don't want to cook the entire visit, it is nicely appointed with what you need for an enjoyable stay.

The place was great but bring earplugs if you're a light sleeper and prefer to not hear the upstairs neighbors have a good morning.

Beautiful home with lots of old Richmond charm. I loved the exposed brick wall and 12 foot ceilings. The place was well stocked with items that allowed me to clean up. I appreciated the coffee being available (and refilled the pod container because I finished it all!).The bed was comfortable and all the linens, including the duvet were freshly laundered. Everything was extremely clean. This is in a bustling area, so there is normal city noise.Host was amazing and I would definitely stay here again during my next visit.
