Dirty, water didn’t work, bugs
The room was very dirty and stinky.
No internet,no WiFi , no coffee , they overbooked,however the room was clean!
The front desk gave is keys to unit that was already occupied. I walked in on a naked man. Then when we got to out room, it was very dirty, and someone was selling drugs from the room next door.
If only I could upload the photos - peeling wallpaper, filthy tub, threadbare sheets with holes placed directly on the mattress with no sanitary pad/cover, empty Kleenex & hairdryer holders; peeling, rotten baseboards, missing TV remote - - and the door did not even lock! This is a one star hotel (at best) with a typical rate of $43-50/night. We were charged $130 - 3x that in a supply/demand premium. I am extremely disappointed in Orbitz for even representing this dump and my confidence in them is now highly questioned.
They didn't have my reservation since it didn't have no internet service. Accepted the price on my note I wrote down earlier on but not the orbitz itinerary number. Lucky to have an opening since other hotels were full do to a big events are coming on town. Didn't have the top sheet on one of the bed.

That I'm sorry about. I did do this. I deserve this review. I'm on a skeleton crew due to COVID 19. Training new housekeepers and I'm back here after it being a year and six months. I don't know about the drug scene. I'm sorry.
