We stayed for a quick overnight on our way home. The rooms were clean and we had a bathroom you could walk around in. The pool was slightly heated and the hot tub nice and hot, one of the better breakfasts that we had on the road.

Staff friendly. Hotel & rooms clean. But poorly constructed. Could hear walking & talking above room. Disturbed our sleep. Asst manager failed to ask how our stay was when checking out. I was not offered receipt. Had to ask for one. Will not stay here again.

My trip was part of a trip where we stayed at 4 different lodgings. While we were there, families were also there for a youth sports tournament. That usually spells disaster for a good night's sleep but, that was not the case here. Our room was quiet, clean with a comfortable bed. The staff were courteous and helpful. The hot breakfast included scrambled eggs, biscuits, gravy, smoked sausage and a variety of cold cereals. Also, the motel has easy access to the interstate without road noise.

We enjoy the value of the Hampton. The kids liked the pool, I enjoyed the fitness room, we all loved the breakfast!

The staff was attentive and we had a short stay, but it was a great hotel to stay at. Only downside is that the area where the hotel was is remote and not much around.

Good welcoming place in the middle of Utah wilderness. The wind was blowing hard the night we were there and it was loudly heard in the room which was a bit annoying. Also we could hear a lot of noise from people on the floor above us just walking around. But overall, it was a nice place for the price.

We just stay one night to have a rest. Anyway..everything was ok

there for family reunion. every thing about the room and stay was top notch

We visited Richfield for a funeral. Their comfortable and sizable lobby area provided a great place for our family to spend a couple of hours together before they all went different directions. There were board games and playing cards available that we enjoyed also. The staff were friendly and accommodating and full of smiles. The breakfast was wonderful and we had a great night's sleep! Thanks for a great stay!!

This was my second stay at this hotel. Great desk clerk upon check-in. Very friendly. Floors are very thin/creaky. Several spots in the room actually felt like they were moving when I walked on them. First night: Sounded like a herd of elephants had checked into room above me. Could hear every little footstep and movement. Woke me up and kept me from sleeping until they stopped moving around. Very loud. Never been in a hotel where you could hear the people above you walking around like that. Second night: Kids/young adults racing up and down the halls for all hours. Quite annoying. Third night: Several young children in room next to mine. Since mine had an adjoining door, the sounds of the kids racing all over, banging on walls/doors, whining to parents were not a pleasant thing to wake up to. Also, only one computer in the business center worked. When I asked the morning desk clerk about it, she just shrugged and said "they're trying to hook up the internet." I asked when it would be ready and she just repeated the same thing. Being somewhat computer savvy myself, it looked like all it needed was a reboot, but she wouldn't do anything. Then when a gentleman asked her about it while I was still in the breakfast area, she hopped up, went to look at it with him, but I couldn't hear what she told him. He didn't get to use it, either. I didn't wait around in the line to use the one working computer. As for breakfast, the eggs were cold each morning and the hostess wasn't very friendly. Did love the evening chocolate chip cookies, though. Overall, I won't be staying at this hotel during my next visit. All of this for double the price of a larger, corner king bed room with whirlpool bath at the airport Hampton Inn in Salt Lake City. Sad.

It was a great stay in Richfield. Staff was nice and the HOT breakfast in the morning was AWESOME. Wish we had that at other hotels that we stayed at. The bathrooms lacked counter space and places to hang your towel, but other than those few things it was a great place to stay.

This motel is nestled among several others just off !-70. Very convenient for a end of day trip from Bryce, Scenic Highway 12, Fish Lake, Capitol Reef
