Lobby was welcoming, breakfast was delicious and hearty. Bed was comfortable. We were put into a handicap room although we didn't need it. That was fine, but there is no way a handicap, wheelchair person could have manuvuered in the room. No extra toliet paper and the bathroom could have been cleaner.

Very Rude staff, the towels neither looked or felt clean/fresh, dirty room, Breakfast was horrible, bread had mold! Overall disgusting experience!...

it was just alright...staff were rude...cleaning product residue was left on counters and furniture...nothing special about this place.

Hot tub was great, pool looked clean but I didn't use it. Staff was friendly. Hotel was very close to highway but no so close that you could hear the highway. Internet worked fine. Seemed like there could have been a staircase installed in the center. You had to go to either end of the hotel to get upstairs. Breakfast had lots of choices but standard stuff. Room was nice and felt clean.

The staff were very friendly… The room was comfortable and the breakfast got us on the road

Was very enjoyable easy to get to and on and off main roads!! Breakfast was good and pleasing

Bed sheets were turned inside out instead of being cleaned from the last guest that stayed there. Floors were dirty towels were hard and stiff, didn't smell clean. Maids came and opened our bedroom door at 8:45am trying to come in and clean our room when we had a long long drive through the night and check out time wasn't untill 11am. Breakfast was horrible! The only plus of this place was it has a hot tub and heated indoor pool.

An experience of a lifetime. My room was always cleaned upon my request. Breakfast was always served hot and fresh daily. The whole hotel was unbelievably quiet.

The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and clean. The surrounding area was quiet and our stay was restful.

Rooms: clean and comfortable. Staff: Borderline Hostile and definitely not customer oriented. I personally witnessed the staff belittle and berate guests for taking to much food at breakfast. I was confronted at check in for not calling them direct to book my room with the promise to save me money. House Keeping: started cleaning rooms at 7:30 a.m. so much for sleeping in. Breakfast: Only until 9:00 a.m. so forget that if you get a late start. Overall: I'll pay more next time to stay at a better hotel.

The hotel consierge was very helpful w directions around the area. The view when I woke up was amazing out my window. I would definitely recommend this stay for a comfortable bargain.

Richfield was an overnight stay, on our way to Arches National Park. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly. Not too excited about the continental breakfast, however there is a family restaurant within walking distance with fantastic food and the staff was great.

We had a quick stop on our way to Bryce/Zion. It was the perfect location and we slept really well!

The room was large and very clean. Bed was comfortable. There is no elevator so a bummer for second floor rooms. The staff was rude, kind of chewed us out for using a travel site as he has to pay the credit cards fees. But the room itself was great.

Greated right away by friendly staff, room was clean and quite, pool was nice, small breakfast. Easy to find. great nights sleep after long day of travel.

Hotel is not 3 stars level. It is Ok but price is too high

The room was very comfortable, clean, and quite. The pool and hot tub were wonderful after a long day traveling. Breakfast was filling.

This was a good location to the freeway. Ishwar the manager was very helpful, and said if I needed anything to please call him.

Nice, clean room. Shower head wasn't great. Indoor heated pool was perfect. Had it all to myself. Decent complimentary breakfast. Would recommend.

Hotel is easy to find. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Shower head wasn't the best, but it was manageable. Staff was friendly. Great continental breakfast. Safe, secure rooms and an indoor heated pool. Overall, a great stay at this Best Western.
