We stayed here because the rate was way more reasonable than the Holiday Inn Express for this particular week, and it was sort of half-way between our start point and our end point. It looks like it's been renovated a bit; the carpets were new and the lobby had an updated modern look. The staff was pleasant and helpful, but they seem a bit short-staffed. The rooms are small but neat and a few rooms probably have a nice view of the rugged cliffs. Our bath looked newly updated. There is no restaurant within the hotel but even Richfield has plenty of eating places, since it is also well within the national parks for a hike or sightseeing. Complimentary breakfast was good, served in a pleasant area near the lobby. We would stay here again.
We were on vacation for 10 days, one of the BEST motels we stayed in. Rooms were very clean, beds were very comfortable, staff was very friendly, and to top things off they had an excellent breakfast!
The reason we selected this particular hotel was that there is a great little restaurant about a mile away called the Sagebrush Inn. Hotel is extremely clean, beds were very comfy and hospitality was great. Exactly what you would expect from a Fairfield Inn. Looked quite new. Breakfast was good. Price was reasonable. Do not hesitate to book this hotel. And, if in the area, try the Sagebrush Inn. You will not be disappointed.
Very bad service! Even though I smiled a couple of times at the front desk clerks they were very rude to me when I asked questions about the hotel or what was near the hotel. They gave me the worst room ever with a wall blocking the view to the street when I had clearly asked for a street view. As soon as I opened the room door I called to ask if they could change me to a different room with a better view she rudely said no, there are no more rooms when the parking lots was completely empty. The rooms are very depressing to be honest and the ceiling way too low.
Stayed two days. Clean, comfortable, convienent location near to interstate and restaurants. Good free buffet. Well worth price for room. Had to travel here after water loss in Torrey. Within 2 hours of Zion and Bryce National parks.
After a long day on the road, I am looking for a smile and friendly service at the front desk of the motel I am staying at. We stood for a while at the front desk, then a person came around the corner to help us. Didn't verify our rate or our length of stay. No eye contact. Didn't offer us the cookies which were right there. Not a good start. Noticed later on the employees smoking out front of the motel. Maybe they had a bad day. The room rate was not cheap either. Having said that, the rest of the property is fantastic. The rooms are a bit small, but very clean, good amenities, nice pool and patio, great breakfast, everything else was excellent. But as we were leaving the person at the front desk didn't thank us either. PEOPLE make the difference to me, not the fancy building. The folks that were cleaning the rooms as we walked out made eye contact with us and said, "Good morning!" but not the front desk?! Can't return next time through...
Outstanding hotel. Beds are comfortable and the rooms are large. Breakfast was solid and the hotel and rooms were clean and well kept. Great staff. Right off the freeway. Bedding was good. This is our new go to when traveling I 70 from Colorado. As I understand reservations are a must, we arrived on a Sunday and got a room. Try it.
Close to freeway, with minimal freeway noise. Great quality bedding, linen, towels, and hot water: it is a Marriott property after all! 😃 Breakfast included. Close to airport for transient pilots and passengers needing an overnight. Free parking too.
We stayed here one night while we drove across the country. It's a conveniently located hotel with easy access to the highway. The service is friendly and the hotel is clean. There aren't many restaurants nearby other than fast food or fast casual. We ate at a place called Wingers that shares a parking lot with the hotel. There is also a Wal Mart close by. The Fairfield in Richfield is a reliable place to stay with friendly service and a clean facility. I would stay again.
Very clean easy access close to Walmart and Interstate. Everyone tried hard to make it a pleasant stay. New decor inviting serves delicious breakfast I the morning and comfort cookies at night. Good choice for a weary travelers night stay
