Older motel that needs renovating. Staff was friendly and room was clean, just very dated. Currently for sale, so hopefully new owners will renovate/update. Pillows flat, bed OK, but AC noisy. They had a continental breakfast, but we did not try. Parking for your vehicle with trailer is not available in the motel lot (have to park on the street around the motel), but you can unload your ATV/SxS and park that at the motel. We stayed in a king-bed room, that did have a small fridge/freezer and mini coffee maker. Very convenient to the Manti-Lasal National Forest and the Arapeen trail. Motel did have ice machine on premises (not to fill your coolers) and provided rags to wipe down your machines. Walking distance to a couple eating places.

Nice quiet location. Close to Ephraim. Friendly and helpful employees. I missed the breakfast. No breakfast due to covid. Nice, clean, good size room. Microwave and fridge. There was a restaurant across the parking lot. Close to the Manti Temple.

Although I was unable to arrive at this location due to transportation problems and stuck in a city a ways from this, the gentleman I spoke with on the phone at the facilities check in desk helped me and did not charge me for being unable to get there. I had an early appointment in Manti and was not able to make it. What he did for me was above and beyond a level of customer service. Thank you!

Clean and friendly location. The staff lady at the front desk met our needs. Quick check in, after the “distancing” one customer at a time. Decent price, for a busy holiday weekend.

I was really suprised how big the room was we stayed in and how comfortable. It was a great value for the price. The only thing I could think of is if I could see the sign for the motel sooner. You don't know your there until your right up on it. Great place to stay would love to go back. They give you a 10% discount for the restaurant next door which was great place to eat.

Yes we are older but our beds, sheets, blankets, towels, pillows, bedspreads etc. are all new and modern and I'll put the cleanliness of our rooms up against any of my competitors period!
