Hotel was very clean and check in and check out was very efficient. The Hotel bar was nice but we were the only ones there and the service was a bit lacking. If you don't mind walking, the location is nice because you can walk one direction to the train station, less than a half mile away. The other direction you get to the old city shopping and eventually the center of the old city. A very beautiful city and walk.

The lobby of the NH hotel is attractive, the staff is great. The beds are certainly not the mist comfortable and the air conditioning is centrally controlled at 22C. There is no way to change it. The hotel had high breakfast charges also. Lication however is very good. Close proximity to downtown.

Overall , the NH was satisfactory for our stay- clean, and good amenities. However, I just received a charge for 20 Euros for parking that I believed was taken care of upon checkout. I may be incorrect, but in any case, I wasn't expecting it, and that one thing tained my review. I like a company to be forthcoming in what they charge, and not be supported after the fact.

Great experience overall and a fitting end to a wonderful vacation to Italy and back

This hotel was clean, comfortable, roomy and I'd have loved it a lot more if it had been closer to the center of old Heidelberg. It was a good 15 minutes walk. When I took the route along the river, it was nice enough but I'd have preferred being closer to town. Very nice hotel, though! There was a tram that went into town but I didn't take it so can't comment on how it was.

Stayed for 4 nights and it met my expectations. Breakfast was great.

not too far from the main station, good breakfast buffet

Good hotel but no tea and coffee in the room and TV stations other than news in alternatives than German would be helpful

we enjoyed our stay at this hotel. everyone was polite and super friendly and eager to help. clean and quiet. the design and architecture of the place was real well done where you can see the remnants of the old brewery incorporated into the modern hi tech looking hotel. the breakfast buffet was of great value. i can't even recall what we paid for the room which means we got our money's worth

Clean and friendly. Base price reasonable, but everything extra is expensive (4.50 Euro for a bottle of water, 17 Euro for breakfast). 10 min walk from downtown.

Stayed at this hotel with two of my friends. The hotel is quite large and very modern. They graciously brought us a third bed and d not give us a hard time since I had booked the hotel for one night different than we wanted. Would definitely stay here or at another of this brand's hotels again.
